this delivery department is a joke. I receive terrible service on March 14th. it's April 1st and I am still waiting to hear from a Manger about my experience. I will never in my life recommend using thus company or delivery department. not one single person is even competent enough to pick up the phone and call their dissatisfied customers. as a customer I had to do more work than the THREE NON RAYMOUR EMPLOYESS that were sent to my house. the delivery department does not care about their customers what so ever. they are absolutely the worst business practices I have ever seen.

I really can't say it's the distribution center is to blame but I will say that Raymor and Flanigan has really been a disappointment to me to say the east, they took four trips to deliver a dining room set, they sent out damaged furniture, busted chairs, dented tables and they had to make all those trips to get it right. I have in all my years fo ordering furniture or even buying it in the store have I encountered such total incompetence. They sell things in the store that isn't in stock no one shares information and you as the customer are left holding the bad. The customer cares department is horrible about following up and God forbid if you need to speak to someone because they never pick up the phone. I have had it with them to this point, I would really just like a refund at this time.
