I give this location the benefit of the doubt every time because it’s the closest to me but I’m disappointed almost every time as well. It’s always the same girl doing everything while other employees are somewhere in the back or on break. My hoagies aren’t made the way I order either. Also, maybe I never knew this, but what is the point of getting the 18 inch Hercules if all it is are 2 separate hoagies. Workers are friendly and food is fresh but I’d rather drive a little further if it means getting my order right

Service is always slow at this location. Food is always fresh and delicious so if you're in a hurry call ahead for your order. Employees are for the most part very friendly

Horrible! One woman has the nastiest attitude. They got my sandwiches all wrong. I asked for 3 sandwiches & they only gave me 2. The lady who had the attitude told me 'oh you didn't order 3 sandwiches' horrible service. Not to mention my lettuce was BROWN!!!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and friendly hellos from the dedicated staff. They're more than just employees; they're custodians of a legacy, passionate about sharing their love for food and community with each and every customer. Whether you're in need of a quick lunchtime fix or looking to stock up on essentials for the week ahead, the this store has you covered. And while it may not be able to fill the void left by the closure of the grocery store, it offers something equally valuable—a sense of community and connection in a time of need. A lot of the times when I drive past the store, the parking lot is full, from the side parking, to the front parking, to even tractor trailers parking off to the side of the road, all to get a great hoagie. It gets insanely busy in there, and the employees work very hard to get the store to look spectacular. The sandwich case is always filled for easy grab and go sandwiches, along with their variety of pre-packed salads such as tuna, chicken, egg, pasta, and my favorite cookies and cream mousse. I want to personally thank the employees at this store specifically for being there when the community needs you the most.

I've never been to a Heritage's that I didn't like. Heritage is a local Gloucester County business with a hometown feel. All sandwiches are made to order with fresh rolls. If you have a choice between a WaWa, Royal Farms, or a Heritage's and you want a Hoagie, it's a no Brainer! Heritage's every time!Support local business and make any Heritage's a go-to establishment.

I had a huge order and this was my 3rd try at a location to get all the sandwiches I needed. Originally they told me it would take 30 minutes, completely understandable to make 9 items and wait on other customers. The woman who took my order was patient and friendly with my crazy order. I arrived way ahead of time and they had 3 people working on the sandwiches, so needless to say, they cut the time in half and I had them in less than 15 minutes from when I had ordered! Great job and great staff! Thank you for making what had been stressful,turn out amazing . Everything was delicious and my family raved about how good they were!! I will continue to use this location often!

Staff is super friendly and polite. I absolutely love their seafood salad. You can tell it is fresh. Always stop here before my way to work :)
