Low inventory. Basic pieces are almost 200$. Simple beaker / straight tubes shouldn’t cost over 100$… locations are closing down would be sad to see this one go. Been coming for nearly a decade would like to see this place continue to thrive.

I love this place! The staff is ALWAYS awesome and patient. Grey especially always helps me and is a fellow dabber who loves helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. They were very helpful and incredibly patient!

I'd gladly give this establishment more stars if it'd not been for such lackluster service I received from the time I entered til I exited. Impressive collection of gadgets. It was exciting and my first time there. Then, I asked a couple of questions about products IN the store and the employee shrugged her shoulders, several times, and said she's not familiar because its not what she uses. Smh i won't even go into the plethora of problems in that statement. This store came very highly recommended a few months ago by a friend who frequents a difference location. I tried this one, out of convenience, I happened to be in the area. Apparently, my friend said I must have gone on the wrong day because the usual person behind the counter is beyond attentive, invites questions for beginners or anyone curious to know about products in the store. That's to be expected, yet it's revered when it actually happens. Perhaps I'll try a different location next time.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I want to give a specific shout out to Grey, THEE best employee. Grey is always super helpful when I come to the store, and my brother and I love chatting with them about the cool new stuff in store, or the great candles, incense, and smoke things. They're also really nice and funny as hell when I'm in the store and I feel so welcome each time I return. Thank you so much for recommending the OG mango King Palm roll, that is HEAVENLY and already a favorite in my house.

I had a malfunctioning cartridge battery for Ccell carts, SAM at the shop was extremely helpful diagnosing my “Buah” vape battery issue. She was able to confirm my particular cartridge would not work with BUAH. They offer several different vape batteries and they come with a 100% refund if they malfunction (with a receipt). I’ve been visiting this shop for a couple years now and have never had an issue! Hopefully Sam is there when you visit! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also I’ve used the refund process in the past with zero problem so long as you have your receipt. They accept APPLE PAY in case you’re like me and never take your wallet anywhere

Easily the best smoke shop around. If they don’t have something you’re looking for they can get it for you in less than a weeks time normally. The people are super knowledgeable and helpful as well!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here just last week. My husband and I came in looking for something new, he's blind and a lot of people tend not to have the patience to work with him but Gray was fantastic. She took as much time as we needed, making sure to describe every piece in detail to my husband, and placing each one in his hand so he could feel for what he wanted. We were there for over an hour and her patience never wavered. Theres a very nice, large selection of glass as well and Gray was extremely well versed on everything I wanted to know. I ended up leaving having learned quite a few new things. I know for sure that we will be making this our regular go-to smoke shop!

This place is robbery. They charge you $180 for a piece of glass then when you realize the crazy price, they refuse to work with you for a credit. Picture was $180. I’ve bought these everywhere for $35. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Go to S ole This Way in Middlesex instead. They have much better prices and the people don’t want to rob you.
