To start, this is the Valvoline I choose to go to every time I need an oil change, etc (even though I live quite a distance away and there are plenty of other options closer). I come here because these guys are on top of it all! Any service you’ll get done here is quick, done right and they’ll keep you in the loop throughout the entire process.If you don’t know anything about cars they’ll teach you a thing or two when you come in as well. Very friendly bunch. Highly recommend, never have run into any issues. Shout out to Danny and Mike!

The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because there was no waiting room. Other than that, very fast with the oil change. Very friendly and informative great customer service/ staff ?

It took about a half hour to change my oil. The technician Danny was very polite and offered much needed information about my truck start to finish. These people are very quick and professional. Thank you valvoline.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars instead of 5.I've been going here for years, and they always do a great job.This last time, unfortunately, there was some oil left on the inside frame. Oil got on to my paver driveway.I took my truck back in to see where it was coming from, and I told the manager Ricky about my driveway.They do not make managers like this guy anymore. Ricky went straight to my house, bucket and brush in hand, and cleaned the oil off my driveway, extremely thoroughly. I could not believe the level of service I was witnessing. It took a lot of work.Talk about dedication and commitment by an employee in representing an establishment.If I owned a company, I would really look to get this guy on my staff.Outstanding customer service.Thank you.

My technician today was Martin. He was great! I only stopped at Valvoline because the place I often use was out of business. I'm happy I stopped at here. I was treated respectfully and not, as sometimes happens, spoken down too. Issues were clearly explained. Various options regarding my oil change were shared with me and I was under no pressure to get services I did not want. I've never had an oil change place tell me that I needed either the engine air filter or cabin air filter replaced. Today was the first time and up by I got to see both items when they were removed. They were absolutely filthy. I think other places either didn't bother to check or didn't want to bother because the one in the glove box requires extra effort and time to remove and replace. The only minor negative I might say is I did think the price was a bit high, but isn't everything right now? You can find some coupons online to see if you a little bit of money.Going to greenbrook is a little bit out of my way, but I will definitely be back after the excellent service I received today.

They sell coupons via Groupon. Make sure that you purchase a minimum of 24 hours before you go there, or you'll pay regular price. They said I had a tans leak, and I couldn't find any leaks.

Terrible service, if you have a skid plate on your car, be sure to tell them not to use the impact gun to tighten the bolts, because they won’t be able to get them off next service. Have to spend extra money to have the job done correctly now because they have no idea what they’re doing.
