Bob and Tommy at the service desk are both very personable and patient. I have observed this many times whenever I’m there, not only with me but with all the other customers around, be it on the phone or at the desk. AND being like this in the heat of being crazy busy…they maintain their friendliness and professionalism at all times.Tyler, the mechanic who worked on my car is real good and knows his stuff and he’ll even talk to you about what he did.
