My (new to me) truck had some motor trouble just two months into ownership, and it was towed to the closest GM dealership, at Green Brook. James called me the next day to get some info from me and to set expectations. In the end, the motor needed to be replaced. Firstly, I want to highlight James's professionalism throughout the time it took to work with the 3rd party warranty company. He always followed up with me throughout the process, and returned my calls promptly, answering any questions I had. Secondly, I want to highlight the work done by the tech(s). For a job like replacing a motor, I got my truck back looking and driving like nothing ever happened. I was expecting things not to work or look right at first, or not feeling right while driving, but so far so good. This gives me the impression that the techs have good attention to detail and take pride in their work. So why not 5 stars? While I am mostly pleased with GreenBrook's service, the ordeal took two months - though this was the result of 3rd party warranty dragging their feet. However, I requested a courtesy vehicle from Day 1, but was told none were available until a month later. And one month into the ordeal, still nothing available. So I spent two months having to share one vehicle with my wife, who also works. This meant major rearranging of schedules, missed days/PTO, cancelling gatherings, etc. These two months were a logistical nightmare for us. I don't understand why I wasn't provided a courtesy/loaner vehicle. And despite the great service I received, this one negative setback would make me hesitate to bring my truck back there again because it made for a pure hellish experience. Had they been able to take care of that major pinpoint for my family and I, I'd be singing their praises and would give them all my business, despite them being a little out of the way. Sadly, a missed opportunity.

I would not recommend this Dealership for service or sales! They will waste your time as they did to mine and on top of that, they tried to give me a loner's vehicle infested with dog hair that made my eyes shut red. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY DEALERSHIP!!!!

Though they always perform their work carefully and accurately (the mechanics), I find their prices are high. (The dealership) Every time I go there, I feel like I’m being “taken for a ride”.

Imagine having your dealership's inventory wiped out by a terrible storm recently. Then Imagine having to go hat in hand to GM for additional product to sell, which they happily obliged, since it's good PR and good business to help out in these situations. Then imagine having the nerve, the unmitigated gall to tack on $9,000 worth of dealer markup to those same vehicles to rip off customers. I don't even know why I bothered, they are crooks and rip off artists in normal times, let alone the current market. You might not be able to get a "great" deal anywhere at the moment but you can certainly do better than whatever these creeps are offering. Do yourself a favor, shop around and avoid like the plague. There's dealerships in Pennsylvania for example that will work with you at or close to sticker price. Don't be a s******

Waited for an oil change for 3 hours. They do not require masks so felt completely unsafe sitting in a small room with many people, all who were unmasked. Had to sit outside where there was no shade for 3 hours, sweating and waiting for my car to be done at 7 weeks pregnant and extremely nauseous and sick. Terrible experience. Will never be back.

Service department is horrible. Made an appointment for service that took a week. Once the appointment day came, the service department didn't look at the car and couldn't tell me when it would be. According to Fred, they're overworked and understaffed.

I tried to find Greenbrook's hourly service rate: $189.95 an hour !!!! The rate is apparently a well-kept secret. A 10-minute online "chat" would not give me the info--unless I gave them my contact information. And then when I called their Service Desk, it took anther long hold for an answer. Very Strange---The $189.95 an hour rate is about $40-$50 an hour more than other dealers.

Terrible unprofessional service. We went on Monday night and were interested in a vehicle. We were told to come back another day to speak the financial guy (they close at 7). We are from PA and it was very inconvenient to have to go back. Then there was a “problem with the SS number provided” and the salesman texted us and asked us to send him our SS CARD! Very unprofessional. We also received no information about payment opinions until AFTER they ran our credit. Only to find horrible pricing/ interest rate (we have perfect credit) that we didn’t want to go with them anyway. Would NOT recommend. We ended up walking away from a vehicle we were very certain we were going to go home with. Horrible car buying experience.

we went to just test drive and that turned into trading a car in and buying 2 chevys ! I have to say Dwight was an absolute pleasure to work with! he was knowledgeable and really tried to find us exactly what we were looking for! I ended up leaving to go pick up my car and grabbed my poodle so he didn't have to sit for more time! the whole staff got a kick out of him and everyone came to give him love and pets! great place with happy employees! out of all the places we went to today this was by far the total best experience! Thanks Dwight!

This dealerships service department is the most mismanaged place I have ever seen. Today makes 27 days they have had my 2021 Sierra AT4 with ONLY 1400 miles on it. The only thing they know for sure is how to use "covid" as the crutch to blame everything. Their "service advisors" are a joke! If I want any information I have to call them which is usually every 5 days or so. I get better information if I call my sales rep who sold me the truck. I was a Loyal customer to this dealership with this being my 3rd vehicle from their lot. I can say without hesitation, when my wife's lease is due back next year, a 4th vehicle will NOT be coming from Greenbrook. A truly shameful experience. Please take my experience into account and go elsewhere for your next vehicle. Save yourself the nightmare I am still living 27+ days later.

I contacted this dealership as they had the truck options I was looking for. They were super quick and responsive to emails. They were also quick to provide me a quote for my trade in. The downside? They tried jacking up the MSRP by several thousand. They called it a surcharge due to the vehicle inventory being low. That's not my problem. I instantly bailed on dealing with this dealership after seeing the latest quote. Other dealers treat customers with respect. They then get rewarded by corporate. Ended up with their competitor GMC dealer a couple miles away and got $5750 in rebates/incentives.
