I was ready to write a glowing review after leaving the facility..Staff was amazing and super fast.. as well as the process ..but 3days later and 5 calls later I have not received my results or a call back to explain .

Before test go online to their website and print the form make copy of driver license and insurance card,feel the form. Present all paperwork to nurse upon arrival to their parking lot and you will be done with test in no time.

We went there just to waste time we have insurance and they was asking for money just because I mark on the paper the I need it for work an for my kids to back to school whe in other places no need appointment no insurance plus the lady was not kind at all bad place to go there not even deserve a star
