“My mom and I went to the store and both got our feet analyzed. After I got my feet analyzed, it turned out that I was wearing the wrong size sneaker. The salesperson that we had was Emmanuel. and he was excellent. He knew a lot about the sneakers, and all the products in the store. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend visiting the store for your next pair of sneakers. It was a great experience. They also email you the scan of your feet with a breakdown of everything. It was well worth it.”

Sales associate Alex was quick and professional and took my preferences into account. Clearly a pro, his off the cuff suggestions were perfect and the fitting for a shirt took no time at all. “Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

I had no hope I could get everything on my list there in just one stop but I got all I needed to run a high-powered extension cord outside & adapters for my new router setup, get the party decorations needed for my friend's son's 1st birthday party and several types of containers & storage solutions to organize make everything in my tiny bathroom.Headline Point - BEFORE SPENDING DOUBLE THE MONEY COME HERE...like me you may just luck out and end up saving more than half you would have spent elsewhere elsewhere!??”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”
“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”

My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”

“I am a customer for 10+ years and have no plans on changing that. I wanted to try something different because of some concerns I had with my own feet and the abnormal way I walk which results in the way my soles wear. The staff was quick with suggestions and details of different boot types. They gave me feedback on other customers with similar situations and paired with the shoe details together we were able to make a good educated choice. And it’s an important one, it all starts with the feet.

“I had an issue with an online order after receiving the wrong item. When I called customer service, they were less than helpful and essentially told me to come to the store and make it someone else's problem.

“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. I went here on a Monday and boy the customer service there is tremendous, i was shopping for my girlfriend who is turning 21 in eight days, Assistant Manager Kaitlyn super hepful even Manager Amanda even helped me find the perfect Fashion Jewelry to match the tops with for her especially their tanks and jewelry which was all 25% off sale markdowns which was AMAZING!! “I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”
