I have visited this store on several occasions. The product is quality, and the service is excellent. An experienced, female DIY-er, I am always willing to learn but don't want to be talked-down-to. The workers at this store strike that balance. Last week, in particular, I received great customer service from a young man at the store. He was professional and personable-- hard to find today. I will return to this store.

We came to look at and probably purchase a sample of some Minwax wood stain.The clerk and there were three of people staffing the store which was basically empty who’s very patient but found that the color we wanted was not available to Sherwyn Williams.So I set up a chat session with Minwax and they gave I said number for him to call which was done and then they found that they didn’t have the base color.It’s a well organized and peers very complete store and it was very helpful but we walked out just purchasing some Stain remover.We will probably be back

Store has sign saying it closes 7 pm. Thats also the time shown on their website. I arrived 6:40 pm bo 9ne in sight, doors all locked. Guess someone decided to cut out early. Bad business

This location is primarily for contractors but they are very helpful to non-professionals. The store is clean, there is knowledgeable staff, and the prices are reasonable (especially when there is a sale in effect).

Great location, awesome customer service attention, employees are well trained and very easy to deal with and also this is the one place that I know offers 3M materials like FireDam Spray 200 and IC15 caulk. Overall highly recommended place do business with.
