We made couple of phone calls to RSW Euro Car Repair to inquire about a 20K-mile service for our car. The person we spoke to on the phone informed us that they do not offer a specific 20K-mile service but instead provide a free assessment of the car. Based on this assessment, we could decide which services we needed. We scheduled an appointment for today, January 31st, at 2 PM EST and arrived at the repair shop.Upon arrival, the front desk representative greeted us in an unwelcoming and rude manner, asking why we were there. We explained that we had scheduled an appointment for the assessment as our car was due for a 20K-mile service. However, the representative seemed disinterested and kept asking if we wanted the 20K service or the assessment. Despite explaining that we had already discussed this over the phone, the representative insisted that if we wanted the 20K service, we would need to order parts.This was confusing and contradictory to what we had been told previously. The representative then informed us that the assessment would take 3 to 4 hours, and we would need to leave and come back later, which was unexpected. Feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of clarity and professionalism, we decided to return home.It was disappointing to waste time and effort driving from Edison to Green Brook during office hours, only to encounter cold, unwelcoming, and indifferent service. If RSW Euro Car Repair is not interested in providing quality customer service, we suggest having knowledgeable and courteous staff at the front desk who can enhance the overall experience for customers. We have decided not to return to this establishment and regret not going to our Porsche dealer instead.

You are the perfect model of what your industry needs and should be like. You demonstrated the highest degree of integrity while managing an extremely difficult and could have been extremely expensive repair of my Mercedes E350. Oil change service was done to satisfaction. The antifreeze level needed to be topped off, which I suspected all that was needed. I was guilted into doing a pressure test on the coolant system, which proved the system to be in good working order. Not sure if it was worth the money, other than for peace of mind.Service: Oil change

Visited RSW Green Brook in Dec 2023 for spark plugs and an oil change on my Audi RS5 Sportback. This is great service facility with dealer-like feel, including OE-trained technicians, tools and technology - without the dealership price tag. Ultra Clean facility, capable service consultants at the front desk, and no pressure. This was my first experience, and I will certainly be going back here for service.

I usually have 5 star service at RSW but I had a few issues with a spark plug change which rubbed me a little wrong.- I made an appointment after prodding from a marketing individual for a discount if I brought it in before the holidays. When I made the appointment I indicated it and asked it be put on the service appt but I forget at the time of authorization and check-out to indicate. Ray was assisting me and didn't know anything about such incentives (i.e. train him better) and said he'd have a mgr follow-up with me the next day (didn't happen).- I asked specifically to make certain the service check indicator was reset. It didn't happen.- Upon check-out Ray forgot to provide me the keys to the car and sort of pushed me aside in follow-up.But, in a follow-up visit two days later Chris did an excellent job and provided me a $25 voucher for next appointment and they reset the dash/OBDI indicator quickly.

I brought my 07 Lamborghini Gallardo to Chris and his team at RSW, because I blew the transmission line to the E-Gear. Chris got all of the parts for this job done and after they found the line was faulty there was a small aluminum union also had a crack. Lamborghini quoted me $2,300 for the piece and Chris went out of his way to contact a local person to get the part for $30. I can say I was definitely a little agitated because of the turn around time, but to no fault of the team at RSW as this car has a long queue on parts being an older car. Chris and his team were really great people and I apologize for my attitude, but I would recommend them to anyone as they definitely took care of me in the end, by saving me a lot of money and also being transparent for the entire process. So Thank You very much Chris and Team at RSW EURO and sorry for being a little bit of an a-hole.

Brought a vehicle here I was about to buy and I’m so glad I did. Rather pay money for an inspection vs just buying a vehicle and it breaking down. The vehicle was horrible. The staff did a thorough inspection and took pictures/videos of all concerns, put it into a detailed report and emailed it to me after I paid for the service. They were nice and I appreciate the feedback.
