Wish i could give zero stars!! This bank denied my request for a new debit card !! I advised i needed a new card because mine was damaged.. she told me the only way to keep my card is to call the 1800 when i know that is incorrect i went to the teller to withdraw funds and she advised what i was asking for could be done .. and i know it because i went to another pnc and they printed my card with no issues .. i would not bank here they give false information who knows what other request they can be denying.. i will be informing corporate. I sat in the waiting room 30+ mins to be denied a request that could have been done! Disappointed in this pnc branch .

This bank is absolutely awful. It's dated and their printers are always broken. Most of the people who work there are nice but I don't care how nice you are if you don't know how to do your job. We just deposited a lot of money into that bank and asked how we can do a PDF bank statement. One of the main women that sits in a cube said "we don't do that." Also everytime I deposit money they always give me a hard time about my signature. We will be taking our money elsewhere in the future and I suggest everyone do the same.
