The star of the meal was undoubtedly the pastrami sandwich. I would prefer it on sourdough bread though. The creamy slaw added a refreshing crunch that balanced out the heaviness of the other dishes.
The jalapeño cheese sausage was a standout as well, offering a nice kick that delighted my taste buds without being overpowering. The brisket was tender and juicy, showcasing the smokehouse's expertise in preparing meats. Lastly, the pulled pork was incredibly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
