If I could give this place 0 stars. I would give it. The staff at minute clinic is very rude. The wait time takes forever. I waited for my appointment for 1 hr 10 mins and eventually left. Go to another minute clinic or urgent care then going to this branch.

My daughter went today for treatment of bronchitis with progressive symptoms for 5 days and the nurse practitioner prescribed no treatment for her. Had to then take her to the doctor later in the evening to obtain proper treatment for her bronchitis. Of course the minute clinic changed my daughter even for failing to treat her.

I got there a little after 1pm today with my small son for us both to get our flu shot. I had registered online but apparently that was for the pharmacy section’s flu shot. So I registered us both again for the clinic and the young lady told me she had a 1:30 appointment already even though the place was empty and the kiosk put my name as the next appointment. She told me she called them already and I had to wait. So we waited until after 1:30 (over 30 minutes) when the patient finally arrive late for her to take 2 minutes to give us the flu shot. She turned on the charm as if she was not very rude to us 30 more ago and wasted our time. I hope I remember her because I won’t be going back when she is there.

I did an online reservation and email stated that I had to wait in my car and the np would just call me when it’s my turn. Waited 30 mins, and didn’t receive a phone call. Called the clinic regarding my appointment, and the lady who answered told me to just wait inside my car. I asked her if I had to check in through kiosk and she said no. I went inside the clinic and saw a bunch of names on the waitlist. My name wasn’t not included . Then, I checked in through the kiosk and that’s when my name appeared and had to wait 3 hours to be called. Just the worst experience overall. This wasn’t my first time using this clinic and there was no problem in the past.

No wait, I checked in online. The NP took her time explaining everything thoroughly. Was super curteous and professional. I've never had to wait long here, the staff is always friendly. My script went right to the pharmacy.

You will wait forever(over 2 hours past my appointment time). They dont respect anyone's appointment time. Not worth the wait because everyone who works there are rude and dont care about the customer. Go literally anywhere else

The MinuteClinic is a walk-in health clinic at certain CVS stores. I went to the minute clinic at the CVS in Greenbrook NJ. The clinic is in the back of the store near the pharmacy. When you arrive at the clinic, you are required to sign in at kiosk computer. I went on a Saturday morning a few minutes before 9am. The store opened at 8am but the clinic didn't open until 9am. I went there early in hopes to sign in quickly but the kiosk wont allow patients to sign in until the clinic is officially open. Also, there was one person ahead of me who signed in at 9:00am. Once you sign in, the kiosk will display your approximate wait time. It told me my wait time was 50 minutes. I had to wait 60 minutes. The nurse brought me into the exam room. I would like to mention there is only one exam room. Everyone else waits in the waiting room. There are a few chairs set up as you wait to be seen. I was getting a TB test to check for tuberculosis. The charge was $35 for test. (fair price for sure). I had to come back for a follow up appointment to have my results read. The nurse practitioner asked me if i would like to make an appointment for my follow up to help eliminate the wait time. I said yes and she helped me with that. She was very friendly and helpful. After my initial visit, I got an email with instructions on what to do on my next visit. The email contained a confirmation code that I would need in order to sign in on my next visit. The email advised me to arrive a few minutes before my scheduled visit and to enter the pre-registration code at the kiosk. This confirmation code holds your place in line. For my follow up, I had a 9:30am appointment and checked in at 9:00am and was brought immediately into exam room. Second visit was very prompt. Overall good service. The only thing that prevented me from a five star rating was the price of the follow up visit. The nurse had to run her fingertips across my forearm to check for a bump, it took two seconds. I was in and out within 3 minutes yet the charge was $30. I understand the price of the actual test but i think the follow up should be free or $5 considering it was not that detailed.

Went on a Sunday morning before the clinic opened. You can't sign in on the computer until a minute before it officially opens. The practitioner was professional and thorough. There are some chairs in the waiting area. This Cvs has wide aisles and ample parking. Good place to come when you need minor medical attention or a flu shot or other vaccine or exam.
