If I could give zero stars I would. 2019 Ram. 32000 miles. 3 year warranty just expired time wise. Had noise coming from engine. They told me I would have to get a new alternator for 1825.00 plus tax. And it was not going to be covered. Took it to my mechanic. Needed a bearing for a pulley. My charge was 63.00. Totally disappointed in the company as a whole. My lease is expiring in April and I will never buy another Ram product because of this blatant attempt to over charge me. GM here I come

Super helpful. I did not buy my car from them - but they helped me with it anyway, no questions asked. They even solved my issue and did not charge me! Angel was the sales rep who told me to come by.

Bought my second vehicle from the salesman named Antonio today. Always great service and always super friendly. Whatever issues I had with the bank/insurance they helped me with.

The car I was sold by this dealer is absolutely junk. 2013 Mercedes C300. I never even got to meet the salesman who called me. They hid the issue of bent front rims, car also has a bad motor mount. They showed me the car under bright lights that his flaws. I explicitly asked the salesman over the phone if the body was in clean condition and he told me yes. I overlooked a few cosmetic flaws and went through with the deal anyways. The more I looked at the car the more issues I noticed. This car should not have been sold without some refurbishment. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership about my dissatisfaction with the vehicle, instead of admission of selling me a sub par vehicle they hung up on me and refused to do anything for me. They also suckered me into a higher down payment on the car and didn't fulfill my wishes on my desired maximum monthly payment. I will add some of the photos of the issues on the car.

This place is a joke. Falsely advertised car prices on cars.com then adds thousands of dollars in bogus “fees”. They lied about their willingness to help if their were any issues with the used car I was purchasing. I called with an issue the same day I bought the car and was told I was on my own to fix it or I can drive back to their dealership (2 hour drive) and they would “maybe” be able to cover 50% of the cost to repair. Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had.

Trade in a truck for another truck just about a month ago. Dealer has yet to payoff current loan on trade in. Tried numerous times to speak with someone and no one will return calls. Currently filing a complaint with the NJ Division Of Consumer Affairs, also have a lawyer looking into similar allegations from other buyers. Have not received plates and registration and the temps expire this week. The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with and I have purchased plenty of cars. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Awful dealership do not buy a car from them as they have poor customer service. My truck received a recall for gas tank issue, they had the truck for 5 days and told me they cannot fix it until the gas tank is empty. Never again!! They should have informed me that they couldn't fix it unless tank was empty. Poor customer service

Horrible dealer you should avoid! Very unprofessional employees who are both unethical and don't value client relationship. Plus they charge unnecessary and overpriced fees. The Wrangler had a window price of $30k but I found out they listed online for $27k, the finance guy when negotiating tried to tell me I should be happy about the online price when the dealer listed the price itself I just found out about it. When tried to do that I asked him so if I wasn't aware of the online discount would you not tell me when I first came to the lot? He said "no I would say it's $30k" I wonder how many people they did this to and robbed them of a couple thousand dollars . Personally I'm not going to make a deal with people who try to take advantage of me.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership . Years ago my salesman was Brian, he made picking out the best car for me so easy! He worked with me on what I could afford and getting me into the car I wanted! It was quick and easy! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming as well. The dealership is big and has a lot of options and price ranges to work with. Recently I went in to have some work done on my car and ended up leaving in a new Jeep. This time my salesman was Jesse, he immediately offered to take me out on test drives in any of the jeeps I had been interested in. As soon as I fell in love with one we started on the paper work right away and an hour or two later I was leaving the dealership in my new Jeep! Im extremely happy and would recommended EVERYONE to check these two out (Brian and Jesse) when going to !

Scheduled a test drive of 2014 Maserati sport but checked online reviews and found they charge $1500 penalty if not financed through them and $1600 dealer prep fee. Called my contact to discuss as it's listed on the site, but not info to dispute the additional $3100 on top of the advertised price. Seems shady to me.

BUYER BEWARE bait and switch! they will tell you that you will be charged 1595 on a used car if you dont finance through them then they will charge you the amount anyway even though you do accept to finance. They will over charge by adding mystery optional equipment charges (on USED CARS!) then keep changing their story on what it is for. They will not credit you back the difference between the estimated and actual MV fees unless you call and ask for it. In my case i had to call twice. The first time the GM Mike would not give me the amount and told me to call Motor Vehicles! REALLY?!!!! Please go somewhere else or dont say you have not been warned! Here is the fees stated on the used car page. NO MENTION OF THE 1595 additional charge on top on the other fees (doc, MV etc) if you finance. * The advertised price does not include sales tax, vehicle registration fees, other fees required by law, finance charges and any documentation charges. * Images, prices, and options shown, including vehicle color, trim, options, pricing and other specifications are subject to availability, incentive offerings, current pricing and credit worthiness. *Vehicle must be financed through dealer to receive advertised price. If not financed through dealer or affiliated source, price is subject to $1595 fee to be paid by consumer.

Brian the fiance guy and a salesman at Liccardi told me numerous times on Monday that the 300's will be discontinued in 2020! He said the value of the new and used 300s will drop in value! No one wants to buy a used 300 that's going to be discontinued he added. Not a very smart way to sell a car. I was turned off by those comments and having my 300! Please tell Brian that 52 minus 6 does not equal to $49K! I saw and read plenty of the bad reviews posted on your FB page, WOW! I see why your sales are down, SAD! We decided to go to another dealership and we won't be returning to Liccardi of Green Brook any longer!
