In response to Liccardi, Not true! The buyback that you offered on Thursday, June 27th! We called and emailed about getting this resolved swiftly! You claimed to need to get everything in order for buyback and would call back but never received a call back. The bad review is valid!
Sells, illegal diesel trucks with emission parts missing! Liars and thieves!

I purchased a Genesis G70 3.3L yesterday from Liccardi, after shopping other buying options for 3 months. The pricing was fair, the buying experience was good, and the car is fantastic. It has fairly high mileage (44K on the odometer) but it looks and drive like a new car (which makes the price they gave me effective great as well--assuming no surprises going forward). I have to attribute this to their service center.
The price did include a mandatory extended warranty. I don't have a lot of faith in dealer warranties. But my five stars does assume that if something happens with the car the dealer warranty will prove to have some value.

I brought my Dodge Durango to the dealership for service, but unfortunately, the staff seemed unsure about how to proceed.
They mentioned needing to wait for the foreman, which made me question their expertise. After leaving my truck there for three days, I received no updates from my sales representative.
When I called the general service line, I was advised to take it elsewhere. Additionally, they charged me $200 for simply looking at the truck, which felt like a ripoff.
In the end, I went to my trusted local mechanic, who easily resolved all the issues. It was nothing a dealer service center should not be able to handle.

The muffler was one small problem and were easily tightened. As outlined in a diagnostic test, there was an issue with O2 sensors and a simple replacement of two spark plugs, which fixed the issue. Reality is your team didn’t want to go beyond the initial analysis and tried to make me feel like they were doing me a favor by not opening up the engine or looking further into it. However, there’s a reason why I brought it to the dealer and knew it would cost money.

I have been trying to resolve a Gap Insurance Issue for a car that was totaled that I purchased from them and they kept giving me the round about for one part. But when I mentioned that I was buying a new they called me back, and answered all those questions right away! When I need help, no one wants to help. When I need to spend money, they are all up my business trying to get me to buy!

Be aware! this dealership is a total scam. I inquired about a car listed for 24k they jumped the price to 29k and some change. Claiming they giving warranty with the car. When I told them I don't want the warranty they hanged up the phone on me. I would never trust this dealership.

Buyers beware, I bought my ram Rebel no more than 8 months ago at this dealer, and on July 5th I took it in because the air suspension was damaged, they said the part didn't exist so I called ram on 07/22 and they said that I verified that they had placed the order, I went to licardy and asked for speed in the process, after my visit they were able to find the order the next day 07/23, they called me to deliver my vehicle but when I left home the next morning the rear tire broke. The air was coming out, I stopped at the gas station, I put 10 pounds on it and it kept showing on the dash board that it was low on air, that's when I saw that one of my tires was more worn than the others and had very visible wear damage, I went to the dealer to complain, and Jeremi was very rude telling me bad words and completely out of context, no one supposedly knew what had happened, I left there with an old tire and with a feeling that they had changed my tire, I called ram and put this same one on complaint, at one point almost 6 people surrounded me yelling at me and Jeremy said that I was sorry and that he didn't want to talk to me anymore, terrible technical service, I had taken the truck to repair the air suspension and the left front tire, and then After 20 days in repair, they delivered it to me with the left front tire in very bad condition and they supposedly repaired the rear tire that is still releasing air, zero recommendations, they are disrespectful and inefficient, I post 4 photos, one of them showing my tires before maintenance and the others after leaving the dealer.

Discussing fees, I’ll never ever buy here car. 1900$ for “inspection fee what they never . Inspection was done so you must pay for that. Cabin filter dirty, air filter dirty and coolant on minimum? 1900$ ? No way
