I have been going to Green Brook Nails for 3 1/2 years since moving to the area and have always been so pleased and happy! There was a prior owner when I started. Jerry always did my gel manicures and pedicures superbly. About a month ago he had to leave for personal reasons. I received a phone call from Danny the new owner who was always very professional he informed the day before my appointment that Jerry left two weeks prior. I questioned why I hadn't been notified sooner instead 24 hrs prior and got an answer that he was going down his appointment book trying to accommodate Jerry's clients with other operators. Needless to say, I took the appointment but for some reason it wasn't sitting right with me how it was handled so I called back a few hours later and cancelled. I waited about two- three weeks and called back to try and book a gel manicure and pedicure as well as inquire about my accumulated money on my account (which if you pay cash for services you receive a percentage back each time to be used towards future services which is an incentive). I was told by Jae who answers the phone, after a lengthy conversation I must say, oh that money doesn't matter, that it would be best for you to go somewhere else. I was shocked and totally caught off guard that a business owner would be so rude and disrespectful. I repeated what she said to be sure I heard it right "so you don't want my business and she said no and hung up." Normally, I would never write a review or comment but this situation is totally unacceptable and hit home personally. Thanks for reading.

I have been getting my nails done here for quite some time. New management took over and it has been terrible ever since! The owner/manager, whoever she is is extremely rude and disrespectful. Please don't go there to get a French pedicure. The techs can not paint a simple straight line and the manager will attempt to patronize ,disrespect and gaslight you, instead of acknowledging that her staff does not have the requires skill to do a proper French pedicure!!. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE and I've told all of my friends to stop going as well. As long as you don't say anything about the terrible service the manager will be fake nice but the moment you have an issue she will gaslight and disrespect you with her disgusting, nasty attitude. If I could give this place -10 stars I would!!!

Visited this salon and I would say it was very clean. the layout of the salon is very spacious and bright. The ladies doing my services were accommodating and careful to meet my needs for service. Got several pedicures from this location with no complaints. The gel pedi lasted for longer than I expected. Service, approved.

I was new in town and wanted to find a nail salon. After careful reviews of the comments, I decided to go to Greenbrook Nails. They were fantastic! The salon is VERY clean and the staff is so pleasant. Danny was my nail tech and did a really great job on my nails (I received lots of compliments!). Carol did my toes and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had (so relaxing with the hot stone option). I just came back from second visit with Danny and sure enough, he delivered yet again. (I love my nails!). Great Service and standard prices. I highly recommend!

Worst customer service - don't waste your time! They are being bought by someone new and I called to reschedule an appointment - I even have the call recorded (as I do that for my job) and showed them my call log. But, in the "transition", they screwed up MY appointment date and time and blamed me saying I never showed and when I came for the time/date I know I set it the appointment to, they made me sit there for 25 minutes, waste my time, argued with me and basically said they could not take me. WORST CUSTOMEER SERVICE and I have the call log and recording to prove otherwise, and worse yet they then accused me saying they called me only until I pointed out THEY WROTE DOWN THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER in the appointment book. Although I absolutely LOVED Jerry - he is one of the best manicurists I have been to in a long time, I will never set foot back into that place ever again...don't waste your time - their customer service is terrible - had they cared, they would have found a way to admit their fault and squeeze me in instead of blaming me!

The salon was very clean and the service was great! The woman who did my gel manicure made sure to take care of my cuticles and natural nail bed (which I greatly appreciated). It’s been 2 weeks since I have gotten them done and I do not have a single chip in my polish! Thank you!

This is by far the best nail salon. They are extremely clean and pay so much attention to detail. I travel an hour to go here. I highly recommend this salon.

I love coming here to get my nails done. It is a bit further than the previous place that I was going to, but it is totally worth it! The ladies who greet you when you walk in are always so pleasant and kind. The technicians are very in tune with what they are doing and will ask you questions to make sure you are happy with the final result!!! Kimmie is the best!!!!Services: Dip powder

Good nails done by Kimmy. LCN always my go to, the original place I go to wasn't available called these ladies and they got me in right away! Everyone is nice in there and they take their time but get it done in efficient time. I hate sitting in the salon for hours this fill only took an hour 10. Thanks again Kimmy!
