Walked in looking for a sink and to learn more about the different options. The sales woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, barely turning her head to answer questions, and when she did answer, they were one word answers. She didn't care enough to even get up off her desk to help us, my wife and I ended up leaving and wouldn't consider doing business with them, solely based on this interaction.Response to owner:Your response is simply not true. We'll just agree to disagree.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica Argueta! She is helpful, responsive, reliable and just great to work with! Jessica helped us pick items that we loved and would help us stay in budget. She gave great advice too. She was responsive regarding any questions I had over email. She was efficient setting up delivery and it all went smoothly even though it snowed on the delivery day. Highly recommend working with Jessica at GPS.

My experience there was just exceptional. I really wasn’t expecting the level of service I, received especially since my appt was so last minute. Michelle really went above and beyond to help me understand the process and to make the right decisions for my bathroom.

Ordered $3000 worth of fixtures. Had to go 3 times and nearly get down on my knees and beg to give my money away. Staff is indifferent and run around like they are are overdosing on caffeine but don't seem to do anything. Actually they do answer the phone and answer questions to the callers while paying customers sit in front of them and wait. As usual first order came in wrong. Good Luck !

This is a response to the reply GPS left to my wife Janice G's post about two vanities being damaged. We deliberately did not reference Michele by name. Michele is an excellent sales rep. She was nothing but wonderful. She was very helpful with design choices and gave us the time we needed. This is not about Michele, it's about overall GPS mgmt. To me this does represent the whole of GPS, are you not one company? You delivered broken vanities not once but twice. Do you find that acceptable? How do you control your shipping and delivery people? Great showroom performance was undone by poor delivery quality. I tried to contact your delivery manager by phone. I also tried to reach out to your CEO and president via email to no avail, with no response, so we then posted a yelp review We had to go to another distributor because we have no confidence in GPS handling custom vanities. You do fine on plumbing components, Not vanities. We had zero issues on plumbing parts. I work for a large company. We treat our customers like gold, we know they have choices. Retaining customers is key to growing a business. When you mess up, as we all do at times, you go above and beyond to satisfy customers. And you provide your employees with whatever support they need. That's how its done. Consider Looking at Nordstrom, rue lala for companies that know how to treat customers I hope our feedback motivates GPS to take a good internal look at their processes and then institute some positive changes in their operations. We Would love to see a reply in the future that shares the changes you've made. You have our feedback twice now. That's it. We hope it's helpful to your business. Dennis

Just a warning for anyone thinking of doing business with this company. To make this as short as possible. We ordered a very expensive bathroom vanity from them. When it was delivered it was broken. The box it was in was broken as well as the pallet it was on. There was only one person delivering it & he had a very hard time maneuvering it. We had to reorder & wait an additional four weeks for a replacement. They said they would take extra care 2nd time. Nonetheless Replacement came with only one person delivering it again. Was having a very hard time maneuvering box with broken pallet, and it tilted and fell off the truck, and broke the second vanity. Unbelievable! No apology from GPS mgmt, didn't seem to care about broken vanity and didn't offer any compensation for all the lost time on our renovation. Our contractor said in his 40 yrs in business has never seen such poor customer service. No answer to email I sent to president and CEO. They did refund us since we never received a useable vanity. Beyond that they could care less. Terrible treatment of a repeat customer who bought plumbing supplies previously. Wished they would've given us the courtesy of discussing the situation and offered something to acknowledge the hassle and month delay on our bathroom renovation.

I went here several times for my plumbing supply needs so I feel my opinion is warranted and unfortunately accurate.I went here because the big box stores didn't have what I needed and their suggestions, were inappropriate at best. I wanted to have knowledgeable staff answer my questions and earn my business.With the exception of one time, I always received attitude from the counter guy. Actually, several of them. They either couldn't answer basic plumbing questions or acted stupid. That's the best way to put it. It seemed like I was bothering them. Not the experience you want from "professionals." I never enjoyed doing business with them and gave them several opportunities to change my impression of them. They worked hard to be rude, condescending and uncaring.If you need help with plumbing issues and want to buy equipment, stay away from here.

GPS is my go to place for everything bathrooms and kitchens. They have great display rooms and a wide range of fixtures for bathrooms. I recently redid 4 bathrooms and purchased all my fixtures and a vanity and countertop at GPS and couldn't be happier

Joe did a wonderful job on designing my kitchen.. was so helpful and great to deal with.. was so friendly.. he listened to what I wanted and made sure that is what I got. he even came to my house with color samples to make sure they matched with my floor .. 5 stars for Joe
