The GPS showroom has a wide array to select from. Bo was so helpful working with me to create the perfect collection for my clients bathroom renovation. Certainly will continue to use GPS as my supplier for all things kitchen and bath.

I visited this location to purchase fixtures for 2 bathroom projects in my home.I was helped by Michelle Fisher. She was very knowledgeable ,professional and in my opinion an expert at her job.Shehelped me to coordinate everything from tub to mirror vanities to fixtures and everything I needed !She is someone I would reccomend to anyone who visits this location. You wont be disappointed

I wish I could give Zero stars. The worst customer service; the sales reps started complaining & talking about me before I left the store. I suggested they wait until I leave to do that & she tried to backtrack with some stupid cover-up. When I called her on that- she said- well, we have had bad days! When I said, that's no excuse; she said well, we have construction going on & listen to what we are dealing with; when I said that wasn't an excuse- she yelled at me to leave. UPDATE: The response from GPS is incorrect. They did not have what I was looking for so I was leaving the store when I heard them mocking me. AGAIN, wait until the customer leaves before being derisive. And, the Sales Rep YELLED at me & blamed it on everyone has a bad day to there is construction noise. Yes, same review with 2 different names- I didn't realize someone signed on to my computer. There is never an excuse for YELLING at a customer. I simple asked for her to wait until I left before insulting me.

We are remodeling our master bathroom and kitchen. We booked an appointment with Jessica and I have to say that her level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism is bar none!
She was a pleasure to work with on all of our project needs!

Be Aware of this place guys! They are extremely unprofessional after the sale is made and once they have your money. Returning is a big big struggle, our sales rep gave us 2 consecutive dates that the tub will be picked up but no one showed up. I’m chasing Jim our sales rep to schedule the pickup of the tub we want to return.
Also, they forget to give us the towel bar and Jim just kept saying that he needs to do a separate INVESTIGATION, after the chase of 2 weeks there is zero outcome. I’ll not refer this place to anyone and not going there again for any further project of my house. Terrible terrible terrible experience

Walked in looking for a sink and to learn more about the different options. The sales woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, barely turning her head to answer questions, and when she did answer, they were one word answers. She didn't care enough to even get up off her desk to help us, my wife and I ended up leaving and wouldn't consider doing business with them, solely based on this interaction.Response to owner:Your response is simply not true. We'll just agree to disagree.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica Argueta! She is helpful, responsive, reliable and just great to work with! Jessica helped us pick items that we loved and would help us stay in budget. She gave great advice too. She was responsive regarding any questions I had over email. She was efficient setting up delivery and it all went smoothly even though it snowed on the delivery day. Highly recommend working with Jessica at GPS.

Ordered $3000 worth of fixtures. Had to go 3 times and nearly get down on my knees and beg to give my money away. Staff is indifferent and run around like they are are overdosing on caffeine but don't seem to do anything. Actually they do answer the phone and answer questions to the callers while paying customers sit in front of them and wait. As usual first order came in wrong. Good Luck !
