Our small business finds EAB Insurance to be a very trustworthy and responsive agency to deal with. Larger agencies are sometimes too rigid; e.g., take a number and wait in line for days for a COI to be issued, often by someone who doesn't know your account policies. We love the personal service EAB provides, we trust them to be looking out for our best interests, and they exceed our expectations.

I have had three policies with EAB for many years and have tried to move all my insurances from Liberty. Recent rate increases finally have allowed move my remaining 2 cars and 2 houses from Liberty to EAB. I appreciate being able to talk to someone who knows my local needs rather than someone in another state. Sandy has been great over these many years and very patient and supportive of my insurance needs.
