When i purchased something, the worker said “Oh no my computer blacked out! i need to charge your card in the back.” I thought this was weird but didn’t think anything of it. Right after, chase alerted of a possible fraudulent charge. I accepted it because it was the same amount of money i purchased on the dunkin. However, later that day i was receiving many mini charges on my card that i wasn’t buy from the same company that the dunkin charged me. It kept charging $0.66, $1.60, ect. I had to cancel my debit card because of this. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SHOULD BE SUED!

BAD SERVICE AND BURNT FOOD . SAVE YOURSELF !!!!!!! I order a wrap with bacon and cheese and egg. Taste flat like metal. anyone who decide to eat or get coffee, do biggest favor for yourself go else where. CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DRIVE THRU TERRIBLE. Can’t even get a caramel Latte right. If you want wrong coffee and food taste like METAL. Best spot. If you care about your health PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They don’t care about customers health and would do anything to just call it coffee and GIVE YOU WRONG ORDER. I only come ONCE A WEEK AND CANT EVEN GET IT RIGHT. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF AND THEN ILL GO BACk. If the guy in glasses still there I’LL NEVER COME BACK

Okay here’s the beef, the people are nice and respectful but the last thing I want is to pay 3 dollars for a coffee and have it burn my hand and spill all over me when it leaks for the lid. This has happened more than once, shame on me for going back. Get lids that seal properly!

I've visited this particular Dunkin' several times and have found the employees to be incredibly nice and attentive. Even when I order ahead with the app, I always get a welcoming greeting.My go to is always an extra large black coffee with a shot of espresso or large iced coffee black with toasted almond. Highly recommend this place.

I would give this location zero stars. The egg and bagel sandwich tasted old. My stomach is messed up. A health inspector should come into this place and shut this location down.

Overpriced crossaint with cream cheese for $5 is a RIPOFF for $5 I can get a way better sandwich than just bread with cream

I used to go to this location every weekday for years. All of a sudden all my favorite people (first name basis) were gone and replaced by new staff. They kept screwing up my orders sometime 3 days in a row. I stopped going there for a year and had to go back there because of time today...…screwed up my order. Totally incompetent. There is a reason why every Dunkin for miles has a line that spills out into the highway, except for this one. Check you bag and taste everything before you pull away.

All I wanted was a coffee. There were 3 employees on the floor. One guy was on the phone with his manager helping the only other customer in the store. They had gotten her mobile order completely wrong. Their kiosks were down. The 2 main registers were down. I waited. Only after I said something to the guy on the phone did he tell me the girl running the drive thru would take my order. She didn't. He didn't even tell her that I needed assistance. I waited. I said " ok, I'm going to go then" , loudly enough for the employees to hear. They didn't even bother to look my way.

The staff at this location are nice but… my niece placed an order using the kiosk and they didn’t have the donuts she ordered and paid for. Instead of letting her know they just sat her coffee on the counter. When she asked about them she was simply told they didn’t have them. Huh???? Why did she have to ask for a substitutions instead of being offered?!!! Anyway, this place is normally pretty good but this one incident rubbed me the wrong way. I will go back. Eventually.
