The most unprofessional and rude pharmacy experience I have ever had. The pharmacist was laughing at me while I was trying to figure out my medication and insurance. It was shocking to see people working in the medical felid being blatantly rude to customers. I left without even getting my prescription. I was so uncomfortable and will not be going back. I recommend Walgreens on route 22 instead they have always been great.

The wait time for CVS pharmacy was ridiculous and the Customer Service, from Carla, was even worse. Not only did have to wait 15/20min for your prescription, I had to deal with terrible customer service from a pharmacy rep! The worse experience Iv had!

Service is consistent. They always have all the new flavors of redbull, and that's my favorite. If you need to stop in the should have what your looking for. Clean.

The worst service by a pharmacy I ever had. The pharmacist claimed she was out out stock of the medication I needed after two of her co-workers checked the computer and said they had it. After waiting for 20 minutes I was told I would have to go to another CVS to fill the script because they didn't have enough. She also printed out another script that I was given for the next pharmacy fill not the one my doctor gave me, why would you do that?This is not just going away, I have every intention to get this matter resolved. This is my neighborhood pharmacy I shouldn't have go out of my way because of a disgruntled employee. Sincerely

I am finished with this particular CVS Pharmacy and hope to have a much improved service at the CVS in Bound Brook. The female pharmacy customer service reps at this Greenbrook (Dunellen) CVS, with the exception of Carla, are very unsatisfactory. They do not pay attention closely to what is asked of them, are lazy and do not seem remotely interested in performing their services with adequacy. The one who first waited on me today with respect to prescriptions that were ready and those that were not refused to give me her name so that I could complain to the store manager about her. When the front end manager came to the pharmacy area, she too refused to give me the name of that rep telling me that she was the front end manager and didn't know her name. While I admittedly was very angry and I hurled some insults at the rep, she argued back and was equally insulting. What ever happened to competent customer service? I have had MANY, MANY problems trying to get my prescriptions filled properly, if even at all in certain cases, and now will go elsewhere. Also, I must say that when I call on a Wednesday evening (last) and then again on Saturday afternoon and am on hold for over 20 minutes before I can speak with a pharmacy rep, and then simply give up on holding any longer, that is totally unacceptable customer service. This CVS should (and I know does in speaking with other customers) wear a badge of SHAME.

The pharmacy (NOT the store staff) was incredibly rude to my pregnant wife... we had a snafu with our insurance (insurance company's fault) and the guy at the counter snickered and laughed as if my wife was crazy and didn't have insurance... my pregnant wife needed her medication and she offered to pay full price ($200-$300, because she knows she can get reimbursed by our insurance later) and the guy at the pharmacy counter laughed and said "tough luck call your insurance" and slammed closed the pharmacy divider wall thing... he just didn't want to stay a little longer past closing to fulfill the RxOne more time, I want to repeat that this is about the pharmacy staff and NOT the CVS floor staff, who are the best and always very helpful and friendly

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 35 years until this year. The website is unreliable and I get \\\"experiencing difficulty, try later\\\" messages frequently. I have been on hold for 46 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone to speak to someone about an error. I am disabled and use the drive up as I do not go into stores and yesterday there was a handwritten sign on the window.....closed. Today, the refill promised for yesterday, couldn't be found. I have 7 prescriptions and have had continuing problems for months.

This CVS is not like other CVS pharmacy I visited so far pharmacy never have anything and their customer service is super bad. When we call it is always long hold when you visit store bad customer service. The rep here forces you to use the automated machine even when there is a huge line on the automated machine instead of opening up a register and helping customers which he does when he sees other customers helping he never tries to go out of the way and help.

They were very courteous, however after being transferred it took 15 minutes for someone to answer only to find out they didn't carry my medication after another 5 minutes on hold

WOW THIS PLACE US HORRIBLE. Drive thru is closed. They rarely have the medication in stock. Some medication is popular and they cannot get it. Then, they do not tell you unless you go inside, wait in line and talk to the pharmacist or tech. IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN AN HOUR TO ANSWER THE PHONE if they do not "accidentally " hang up on you. PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING AND THIS SO CALLED "Health hub" cannot do anything in a correct way. THEY SHOULD BE SUED.

Disgraceful. My medicine was not in stock they sent me to another pharmacy. I had no problem with that. They did not release the rx the pharmacist at the other Cvs called. She was extremely helpful in Plainfield for 1 hour 18 minutes they did not answer the phone. I had to call another doctor to reorder it. It was late I was hungry having worked all say. Answer the phone from another pharmacy or release the script like you said I d give zero stars but no option
