Worst experience ever. This is the Madison leather upholstered bed, it looks awful, don’t ever buy it. This is how finished products look, only in fabric it looks finished, but for some reason not in leather. It's a $4000 bed. In the store's showing room, they only display the fabric version which looks beautiful. Online, there are also beautiful pictures, even in leather. However, look at my reality pictures - I was shocked. Customer service is not very good; it took a long time to get back to me. But what is worst is that they can’t fix it. They said it is supposed to be this way, which I don’t believe. I hate looking at my bed, and there are no other platform beds to choose from if you want leather and a specific size.

Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with customer support. While we were at the store the experience was simple and straightforward. We saw a dinner table on display and wanted it as soon as we saw it. The table was ordered and was delivered in almost brand new condition. The problems began after the delivery. The table was recoated with a new finish to make it seem new and it looked good but not even 4 months later the table started seeing signs of wear. The new coat was coming off and the table was in complete disarray. We contacted the initial salesman that had sold us the table and he stated there was nothing the company could do. The table was by no means an affordable table either.For the price we paid for the table we are quite upset that the initial customer service we had experienced did not carry over after the sale.

The customer service here is exceptional. Susan gave me a great explanation of the various sectionals to choose from and asked genuine questions about my space and where I would be moving to assess my furniture needs. She helped throughout the entire process, sent me a swatch that showed the color of the sectional, and coordinated the delivery date. Nancy was a great help in answering my questions on the phone and forwarding any additional questions to the appropriate people. Scott, the store manager, ensured the sectional was delivered on the exact day that was stated on my invoice and followed up with any questions I had. I appreciate his attention to detail and for genuinely inquiring that I received the product on time and to my satisfaction. I love my sectional and I will be recommending Bassett to all of my family and friends! Thanks for making my move easier.

Will never buy again. Our "performance fabric" is stained by *water*. We spent more than $5,000 and absolutely hate it. It looks like it's 20 years old, even though the only thing that has ever spilled on it is water and it's a year old. See photo below for water stain.

Adrienne, is a wonderful sales person! I ordered a very large marvelous motion custom sectional from the Greenbrook store. Adrienne came to my home on numerous occasions with fabric samples and was very detailed with processing my order. My order arrived as promised, looks great and is soooo comfortable and well made! You get what you pay for and I am happy to pay more for furniture made in the U.S.A.! When one piece of sectional was damaged slightly on the corner by delivery person, Adrienne had a repair person come to my home to fix item within a week. Scott, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my extra fabric orders were filled from the same bolt used to upholster my couch. I highly recommend Bassett in Greenbrook!

I'm gonna go above and beyond to get my money back and they can have there section back its the worse experience I ever have i spend $4500 in section not worth anything in the floor they have something and in delivery completely something else don't waste your money

I've purchased a sectional its not even 1year old the fabric pilling and the cushion its not the right size for the framing, bad customer service . I came to that store thinking its better than ashley it turns out its the worst .

The worse customer service do not waste your money you see something and you get something else's i bought a section and the cushion was not good i called and ask them to inspect them out and they send inspector out and he say he is gonna get me the replacement cushion and i wait for 2 month when he promised in 3 week call the store and say we sorry the inspector told you the wrong information so im not understanding and im gonna take them to court and take it ti the next level

My salesperson Shari was excellent! I give her 6 stars!!! Unfortunately, the delivery service was sub-par putting together a broken dresser and not mounting the mirror. However, Shari came to the rescue and got me a new dresser, I will recommend her to my friends and clients because she understands the meaning of customer service!

This Bassett is a chain and individually owned. The owner is not customer friendly and only focused on the bottom line .. SALES. I purchased a cusotm sectional, the deisgn staff was helpful in picking out just what I wanted. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for them to make this custom piece. I received a call a wek later the piece was ready. When it was delivered the cushions were different sizes, pillows were as well. When I called to complain this is where my challenge began. Eventually, everything was fixed but this was too much work for me to do to make things right. They are very argumentative and bullying in this store. If I didn push them to do the right thing they would have been fine with it. Not a good expereince ! Please check out the other furniture stores in the area this place is not worth it.

Purchased 2 very expensive custom wingback chairs/ottoman here a few years ago that are kept in our formal living room that is kept off limits and infrequently sat on. Fabric pulls are visible everywhere and seams are coming undone, literally spent all evening with upholstery thread and needle. The quality of fabric promised to me by this company is defective. Mind you I was suspicious when they first arrived because one was so poorly upholstered it had to be completely redone (they are matching wingback chairs and one looked like a child made it with zig zag seams and nailheads). So all in all, it took over 7 months to receive our order and the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, guessing because I was no longer commission. Also not to mention all our dining room furniture was made overseas as you'd commonly find in value furniture giants. This company is just really good at marketing “quality†and hiding under a mask of paid favorable internet SEO.
