Everyone complains about missing and damaged clothes at this place! They ruined my $700 shirt and did not take accountability. Please let’s get this place CLOSED for committing FRAUD! They steal peoples clothes. I have reported their business please let’s all report until this place gets closed down and investigated . It must be investigated.

going downhill quickly --I started going there when it was any garment $1.99 -- 'they are now at $3.75 and i'm doneplenty of other cleaners for lessthe final straw was the absolute rude woman at the counter on monday

i had dropped off clothes here almost 6 weeks ago. they gave me someone else's stuff and my husbands Burberry shirt was missing we returned clothes that weren't ours and they insisted they were ours. (but they weren't ) I went there everyday looking for my husbands Burberry shirt after 5 days they said someone has brought it back. then I noticed the shirt was ruined with permanent stains. they didn't even offer a refund on cleaning the shirt let alone reimbursing the money for the $700 shirt. this was my first and last time there. everyone's reviews state their items go missing . I am suing them in court for negligence. they were rude and kept giving me the run around. I hope we can close this place down or have them investigated for fraud that they are committing in stealing peoples clothes and trying to get away with it. please let's all report and close this fraud business down.!

NEVER USE THEM - THEY ARE THE WORST - I used this cleaners every since they first opened, and I never had a problem. However, it's very apparent that they have new owners. (The Management is extremely RUDE to the customers, and they don't care). I asked one of the workers for the owners name so I can write him and let him know how unprofessional and rude Tiare his manager is. The worker refused to give it to me. To all of the people who are writing reviews, Please contact the Better Business Bureau, and complain so that these crooks can be held accountable. The key words in several of the reviews are (not being accountable, rude, liars, cheaters, fraud, and managers being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers, and not keeping their promises to call you when they say they will. I can confirm all of the above from my very recent experience.When I went to pick up my order, they lost half of it. I had 8 pieces, 1 brand named very good quality two piece pants set with jacket lined and pants valued at $110. (They don't line clothes today). In addition I had 6 jackets. They ruined the pants to my 2 piece suite. Tiare, the manager was extremely rude. She refused to help me. For 4 days every day she kept saying she would call me and she never did. I went to the cleaners 4 days in a row asking for help, and she refused to help me. (also never called after she kept promising) Tiare had the audacity to have an attitude, like I was bothering her. She was so disrespectful, and nasty, that she tried to dismiss me, and go to the next customer behind me as I was talking and asking her questions. Tiare has no people skills. Why is she even a manager with no people skills? I truly hope that everyone complains to the Better Business Bureau, because they need to be held accountable. They did not reimburse me for ruining my pants to my 2 piece pants set. They need to reimburse people when they destroy your items. Obviously, they shouldn't be in business if they keep ruining customer's clothes. Where is the owner? The owner should be looking at all of the bad reviews that his business is getting with having unprofessional, rude managers like Tiare.Services: Wedding gown cleaning
