I can't say enough good things about my experience at American Tire, especially thanks to their incredible staff member, Tommy. What started as a frustrating morning quickly turned around thanks to Tommy's positivity, patience, and reassurance. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my tire issue.
Originally, I called Costco, where I have a membership and had purchased my tires with a warranty for full replacement when damaged. To my surprise, they informed me that the only two tires of my size were located in Maryland and couldn't be shipped to my location. I was left feeling stranded and disappointed.
That's when I turned to American Tire, and I'm so glad I did. Tommy stepped in and made the entire process seamless, taking the time to ensure everything was handled perfectly. His customer service was top-notch, and I left feeling completely satisfied and relieved.
I highly recommend American Tire for all your tire and auto needs. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely be going back to them anytime I need help. Thank you, Tommy, and the entire American Tire team, for turning my day around! If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly!
