“Not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews... I didn't see them until after my car was in the shop. That being said, I experienced none of what everybody else is saying in these reviews. I came in with a flat and needed 4 new tires put on by the next day. I travel a lot for work so it was essential that it was done by the next day. Told the person at the desk and he said that they can do it. I trusted his word and went along with it. Next day rolls around and they filled their promise. Thank you for squeezing me in and getting the job done in a timely manner! Don't let the reviews scare you... Typically people leave reviews when something bad happens. The price was on the higher end but was completely understandable with the timeline that I provided. Thank you Tom and the other gentleman who helped me out.”

“Have had them do oil changes and front end work in the past. Recently I had a pothole in NYC destroy the front end of my Sienna. My usual mechanic had retired. Others were backed up and unable to take the car for a number of days, but Dale and Keith offered to try to work it in, even though I had no appointment. It took them a few days to get the parts together, but they did the work well and sooner than I would have gotten it done elsewhere.”
