Short old lady who works at the front counter was so aggressive and rude and argumentative for no reason, tried to over charge me and just kept arguing with me for no reason. I’m sorry but i definitely didn’t deserve that. Even after telling her I wasn’t going to argue with her, she kept going, and going, and going. I know customers can be jerks but I’ve worked in similar jobs my entire life and would never have been so hostile and aggressive with a customer as she was yesterday. I hope she gets the help she needs.

I went to this walgreens to buy one thing and then decided since I was there, to look and see if they had the peelable mango candy. As I'm going down the aisle, the WHOLE candy isle was stocked, EXCEPT for that candy. Low and behold I ask the cashier when they will get more and she tells me she doesn't know but that her and another coworker bought them all! How does that happen, so they don't give customers an opportunity to even buy a bag bc the employees snatch them up before they are even restocked! I didn't know that was a thing. My daughter used to work at a Walgreens and she would tell me they couldn't do that.

Very rude pharmacy. Was told that other locations were just telling me what I wanted to hear and that my medication was probably in stock but they did not want to fill it because it was on back order and they didn’t want to deal with the process of filling. The pharmacist didn’t only offend me but insulted every other pharmacist in her vicinity. Was hung up on serval times when put on hold as well at first I thought I was accidental but now I’m sure it was not.

If you wanna take photos or print photos, I would go some where else, because who ever works there are very unhelpful, and wont do you a thing, and your time will be wasted for nothing.

Just got out the ER with the flu , the Walgreens in lindenwold told me that they were sending the script to blackwood location because they were out of stock. Called the blackwood location to confirm they said we were all good and to pick up on an hour . Calls back 5 min later and says they are out of stock !!!! Why would you not say that on the previous conversation!!! Then says that I have to call around and find out who has tamiflu!! I just left the ER I feel horrible can't breathe and you want me to chase around medicine that you said was being processed!! How ridiculous is that to treat people that way !! Why don't they have a database or knowledment to help sick people get their prescriptions !! I'm switching to rite aid !!

I have been going to this walgreens since i moved to blackwood in 2019. i NEVER had a problem until today. I went to get my prescription filled because i got diagnosed with Covid. and they told me to go to another walgreens because they were “too busy to fill it” so i went to the woodbury location. Woodbury couldn't fill it because they require appointments so they sent me to mantua. When i got to mantua, the pharmacy technician told me that blackwood ALREADY FILLED MY MEDICINE. So i drove to 3 different locations for no reason and wasted my gas. But thankfully the mantua one pulled it over so i could have it filled anyway. Both woodbury and mantua were confused when i told them what blackwood said to me. I have never been this upset with this location.

Very rude and bad customer service by the African American lady working at this location. She wears glasses. She didn't even say good morning. She just picked up the phone and started running her mouth. There was 3 of them working at this location and don't see a reason why I was delayed on purpose getting my prescription by this lady.

Walgreens decided to close their Magnolia location. They transferred my prescriptions to a location much further away. I called this location and the phone system disconnected me automatically when I tried to reach the pharmacy. I finally got through to a store associate who transferred me to the pharmacist "Chris". I don't believe his name was actually Chris. I asked him to transfer all my prescriptions to this location. He told me I should try refilling them and if they weren't being refilled at his location to call them. I explained the challenges in calling them and asked that he instead make sure my prescriptions would default to his location. He put me on hold and never came back to the phone. So corporate closes the good stores, that serve the customer and leave this place open? I'm making a prediction that Walgreens will be the the chain store to go out of business, I hope.

Called pharmacist to ask about a specific medication availability. I spoke to "Becca" who lied to me and wanted to have my doctor call to discuss options available,but when I called back to confirm that there were options avaliable she confirmed that they did not have any in stock. I asked why couldnt this have been told to me the first time and she said she couldnt let me know specifics about medications due to DEA guidelines then hung up on me in the middle of talking. I was not yelling, cursing or being disrespectful in anyway, but after being on hold twice for about 30 minutes she hung up on me. Extremely disrespectful and just sad that a fellow healthcare professional would behave in that manner. Definitely following up with corporate.Called back and was on hold again for about 20 minutes and asked to speak with Becca because we were disconnected, she then put me on hold to put another rep on the phone to say that she was busy, which just confirms that she did disconnect the call intentionally, smh. I spoke with the supervisor Liz, who was very respectful and kindly provided clarity on my original concerns. She also clarified that the issue with disclosure was a policy with that store,not a DEA law like Becca had told me,smh. The 2 stars are for the Liz and how she spoke to me professionally, compassionately and respectfully during this overwhelming time.

This pharmacy should be shut down. They have now twice not had my prescriptions one for a procedure I was having they had my prescription for 2 weeks the day I needed to start taking it an hour before actually they sent it to another pharmacy. This time had my script for several days without notifying me they couldn’t fill it and when I was there they couldn’t tell me nothing sent it back to the doctor ok what’s the doctor going do? You have the script for a cream and can’t do anything. Use any pharmacy but theirs. They will not contact you about anything. And the APP they have never works right. They need a complete rehire of staff when they can’t do their job they give you attitude.
