Went into this branch today to pick up the checks my mom ordered. When I asked the teller for them, she then asked another teller where they were. That teller directed her by saying the checks that have been there for 20 years, oops. I said to her, my mother is handicap and doesn't drive so she has to depend on someone else to get them for her. Woman didn't look at me, acknowledge me OR apologize. Some people should think before they speak.

There is unknown brown substance (possibly fecal matter) smudged on the buttons of the ATM. The buttons also are inoperable, ATM is useless.

Without going into details I deposited quite a large amount of money into atm the machine malfunctioned, I immediately informed manger of the bank who told me there was nothing she could do, I am now in a legal battle to get this money returned, I have never made a review in my life and this is just to possibly help one person, do not trust this bank

Not a good location. Friendly enough but the tellers won’t print cards or do disputes. They stand there doing nothing, chatting while you wait for no reason. Left after 10 minutes in line. Ended up at my local PNC bank, they had my dispute put in and card printed within in 10 minutes.

I have been a customer for over 20 or more years at pnc. I was getting hitting with charges for minimal balance, and such, and it was costing more in charges to keep the account being I was out of work. I understand charges, what I don’t understand is after over 20 years with them, it was not flagged anywhere and questioned why a long time customer closed it. I would have like to have been contacted and asked why the change. But it was just closed and nothing. Makes me feel like all those years I was just another person closing their account. My advice, find a bank( if you can) who care.

Very poor service. This bank made a big mistake, leaving my account frozen and left me waiting with no answers or solution. Spoke to a higher up there and they talked down on their tellers and told me there was nothing I could do but wait. Since I have a business to run I went to another PNC branch to hopefully find a solution and they were able to help me quickly find the solution to the problem made by the error of the workers at the Glendora branch. Huge headache, very unprofessional.
