Ordered Pella Sliding Glass Door 2 years ago and the contractor who installed my door did not have my screen that went to the door …,he told me to call the store. I called the store and have been getting the run around still waiting for someone to call me back. Then I went in the store that was even worst there us no one working in the door department…I finally call corporate and filed a complaint. What is happening to Lowe’s???!!

Beware!! When ordering online, purchased a Clothes Washer and put it on a credit card I never use, and a day later I was notified from credit card co that someone did an authorization from CA. Thank god the bank shut my card down and did a replacement.. I tried to call customer service and the automated system says to busy call back later. WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE AGAIN from LOWES.
