No change…still THE WORST port on the east coast to pick up a container. The administration of this port do care and have no commitment to change the workings of this port…..they should all fired and have to learn how logistics should be dealt with.Shame on you Holt Brothers!!!!….I guess as long as the money rolls in who really cares about process.Dear PETE Budijudge ……STOP handing over money to this corporation!

Took 5 hours to before getting loaded today place is hit or miss sometimes you can be checked in and out the door in under an hour but on the other end sometimes you can sit there 5 hours or more is rediculous and the reason for the low rating. Place is pretty dirty portajohns are usually in bad shape there arnt enough for the amount of workers and drivers in and out of the place or they just arnt serviced enough. Place is hectic with their yard trucks flying around the lot with zero concern for safety or courtesy they will cut behind you while your backing in to a loading area or moving through the lot also the forklifts and 4wheelers are just as bad deffinatly have to be extra cautious here.

The worst shipper in the World. The driver had the pickup FCFS from 8am till 4pm. He staying more than 14 hours for the load. We will never have the deals with you , guys. This is horrible.

Experience was ok until I never received a lumper receipt. I called several times and no luck. I called today and got a guy who advised he didn’t know what to do and how to get it to me and that they are working on the system. I advised I would continue to call back until I get my receipt! I would have been ok until the guy was unconcerned about even helping with my problem.

I have to deal with these guys daily, could not be more disappointed with their poor service. Avoid Holt if you get the chance!
