Occasionally items that are listed online that mentioned they are out of stock sometimes they are in stock in the store and vice versa but other than that CVS is great!

Horrible pharmacy! I went to get my medicine on 12/14/23. They gave me the wrong pills so I brought them back and the pharmacist said he would order the correct ones and let me know when they arrive. After two weeks of waiting and they still don't have them I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. Then I could not get my medication because cvs had billed my insurance for a 3 month supply that I had given back to them that same day. I went there today to get it fixed and the tech Petra S was rude and acting as if I am lying. The medication is Losartan and I use it to protect my kidneys because I have chronic kidney disease. She was acting as if it was a narcotic or something. Then she called the insurance in front of me or what I thought was my insurance company and told me it was fixed. I wait two hours before going to Walgreens only to be told it was still being denied. I call my insurance and I am told she never did the reversal so now I'm unsure of who she called. My insurance had to call the cvs to get the issue resolved in order for me to get my pills. Save yourself the hassle, frustration and irritation and just go to Walgreens across the street.

I'm not sure what happened to this pharmacy, but they are consistently unorganized and rude. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. There is some type of disconnect with this location and how they receive prescriptions from doctors. TheyALWAYS claim they don't receive the prescription, yet the doctors claim they have confirmation it was received. Doctors always have to call the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. Other customers and neighbors say they go through the same drama every other month or so. When you are sick trying to deal with cancer, you should not have to go back and forth with the pharmacy regarding receiving prescriptions and constantly bridging the gap between pharmacist and doctors!! It's just ridiculous and so uncaring. Again, they can be quite rude and damn right irate.

Have to give the Pharmacy staff a big THANK You ! I wanted the new Covid Bivalent Booster before, I had some high exposures in Europe, and also before I had a heart Procedure. I was a early morning walk-in and was quickly registered, and given the new Bivalent Booster. Again Thank you to the Pharmacy syaff, I feel much Safer.

I'm getting WEIRD phone calls from this place, where they don't immediately say who they are and why they're calling.If you're gonna be an unknown number, explain who you are and why I should care immediately.As if y'all aren't aware of the scam calls everyone gets."Hello? ...hello?" Nah dude WHO'S CALLING ME AND WHY, explain that first you creeps.At least lose my number if you're gonna be making unexplained creepy calls

Never ready on fill date. You get there and they say your prescriptions haven't been approved by your insurance. My insurance has been covering the same scripts for 2 years. They just didnt bother to run it through.

Everytime I've had the system give me approval for my medically necessary prescriptions it's always an excuse. 2 weeks prior I received a text your medication will be ready on July 4, this morning I received a text prior authorization needed however medication has not been adjusted same medication for years however website also stated you may pay cash which is fine i have flexible spending account was on hold and now informed oh the computer is not that smart you will have to wait until tomorrow. Last month same drama different excuse. Same day prescriptions takes hours to be filled i will definitely be taking my business to another pharmacy and wouldn't advise anyone to use this pharmacy especially if you need your medication when promised.
