This company is horrible to say the least do not call them. I call for a tow due to a flat tire, i was located right around the corner from my house, quite literally. Walking distance maybe 5 minutes if you have to use a cane. The tow guy Chris shows up for a tire change. However we find out there’s no spare tire so he asked if I wanted a tow to the house for $125. I politely told him I’m better off taking my chances. He advised me to be careful with the rim it could bend and proceeded to try to convince me to get a tow. That’s when I start to notice he’s very fidgety and strung out. I politely declined again and the conversation ended. After about 10 minutes cops roll up and start asking me a bunch of questions. Saying I got into a verbal conflict with the tow guy Chris. And he tried to say I stole my own car! Horrible service. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

Driver operating reckless, driving straight through a right only lane, almost caused accident. Speeding. But he used his turnsignal ( male driver) so that makes up for it, right?

This company practices predatory business methods and does not follow state law when towing off of private property. They damaged a front wheel drive vehicle that was legally parked with proper credentials and refused to take responsibility. They receive kick-backs from property management companies while hiring felons that steal from the cars they tow. Complete disregard for the law, ethical business practices, and personal rights. Refusal to release a vehicle while still on private property is a violation of the Predatory Towing Prevention Act of the State of New Jersey but because they prey on the innocent, they go unchallenged. This company should be investigated by the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Their rates are to Darn high for a Tow. But as they say, it's within the contract. They charged my son to to come and get his 2015 Chrysler 200 out of the flood from the last rainstorm that we just had to the impound $342 dollars for an hour and a half that it sat in there. I say that's highway robbery.
