“I had a postal item which was misdirected to this post office. Unfortunately, they were unable to hand it over the counter to me, but they promised delivery the following day. I received the item in a timely manner and was grateful for the help and advice I received from the very pleasant staff at this post office.”

“Took my friend’s package to be mailed. It was going to England but the person that took care of me sent to Canada instead so now my friend will not get it till after Christmas cause of the of this person’s mistake. Never had a problem like this before.”

“I'm a MiLLeNiAL so I don't do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.”

“My favorite Post Office in the area! While it may not have a 24/7 lobby with a shipping kiosk and dropbox for packages, the ladies who work here are wonderful! I really like that it's small and never crowded, unlike the USPS on Centennial Blvd in Voorhees. Plus, the staff in Gibbsboro are always pleasant and you never feel rushed! IF you need all of the bells and whistles, go to the USPS in Voorhees, but if you just want to get in and out quickly to mail letters or a package, get stamps, or check your P.O. Box, this is where to go!”

“Super friendly and helpful service and the owner has a very soothing voice which makes you feel right at home. He is helping ship a bunch of TVs to my studio to make it look big time. Thanks and will do business any day!”

“Just wanted to say thank you to the lady who helped me today (1/11/22) around 1130am. I had a late Christmas gift and some baked goods heading to a friend. She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. Thank you for your kindness and care with my items! A+ for customer service.”

“Very quaint and country feeling. Small building but gets the job done. I love it. Nothing about this po is modern. If you're looking for that industrial post office... don't look here.”

“This is the only post office in the city worth going to. Every time I've gone they're nice, efficient and they have things in stock. All the other post office locations I've been to in the city are nightmares. The best option really is to drive across the bridge to a post office in New Jersey. But if you have to go to one in Philly, this is the one.I see in the comments people saying it's not always open when it's supposed to be. So I guess maybe it's hit or miss but I haven't had a miss.”

“Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“The ladies working in this post office are awesome. They are so kind and helpful. I especially want to mention Carroll. The other lady , whose name I do not know yet, patiently spent an half hour helping me. It is always , so far a pleasant experience going into this post office .”

“The best postal office, the staff is always friendly and helpful! I've also noticed sometimes I'll receive shipping adjustments for overpayment, not sure if this is automatic or someone there is going out of their way to do that. Either way ??”

“No issues with this office when I came to send out an international package. The lady was very friendly and helpful. This is the post office I'll be going to from now on.”

“I love that this post office is right near my house. Great location, and the lines go by fast. Wasn’t a huge fan of the one male post office clerk that skips through the payment screens when I’m trying to decide how quickly my package gets sent out. I felt it was rushy and rude. He seemed bothered and impatient. Other than that, this is my go-to post office for convenience.”

3.4 Good12 Reviews

“Came here a few times (usually around noon) and the wait times are minimal, staff is friendly, and this location also has a self-checkout kiosk, which is helpful to send out mail after hours”

3.7 Good7 Reviews

“Had a decent, quick interaction with the attendants for finger printing service. Not to devalue the rest of reviews, but this is another average post office nothing much to love or hate about it.”

3.5 Good8 Reviews

“Great post office, shocked to see such low reviews. These folks are federal workers and are doing what they can with what little funding the post office has. Yes it’s hard to get ahold of them on the phone. Because they’re understaffed. But they work hard and are always helpful here.”

“I sell jewerly and typically send out 3 packages a day the guys in here are always pleasent and helpful. I used to live in woodbury and absolutly dreaded the post office they were so rude but here in audubon its excellent customer service 6 days a week!”

“Not sure why everyone has an issue with Dorothy. She's always kind when I deal with her, maybe it's just YALL!? Now the middle-aged blonde that's still wearing the face mask in 2023 could use a personality adjustment..”

“Wonderful USPS location—probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. Hardly ever a line (and if there is one, it moves very quickly). Friendly, patient, helpful and competent employees. A real pleasure!”

“I am at this post office almost every day. The ladies in this office are great! I don't understand the people writing awful reviews. If you're kind to them they are kind to you. They have more than once gone out of their way to help me.”

“We travel from Center City Philadelphia to this branch when we need to do anything more than drop a letter into the mailbox. No comparison between Haddonfield service and Philadelphia service.”
