Nice lady, but terrible craftsmanship. She didn’t remove all the polish from the previous manicure. My nails were lumpy and uneven. I should have known better because a young lady before me stopped her in the middle of painting her nails and asked her to remove the polish and got up and left. I should have followed suit.Services: Acrylic nails

Stopped in spur of the moment and Kim was kind enough to get me in for a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. What I left like was a whole different story. Never in all the years I have had my nails done have I ever left a salon with my nails looking the way they did, sore, bleeding, glue all over. It's been 4 days now and my fingers still hurt.

Extremely disappointed with this nail salon, the service and charges. Firstly, what you must know is, they charge $2 surcharge for paying by credit card. Secondly, you can only use a Mastercard or Visa (No Amex). You really have to search for the sign that displays this message inside the salon. I told her I was upset about the surcharge, so at least she was kind enough to take it off. The covid cleaning measures, see-through partitions etc. was all good. But, the quality of service was poor. I went in for a Pedicure and had to wait for 20 minutes with my feet dipped in the foot bath all that time. The owner did not say it was going to take that long for her assistant to get started. This is NOT OK. A customer's time is valuable. If it was going to take 20 mins of waiting, she could have told me upfront, instead of pretending that she was about to start my pedi. The regular pedicure only included a scrub lotion and hot towels on my legs. Not worth the $30+$2 pedicure charges. She did not even successfully smooth out my heels. I will never return to this place. I tried this salon because my usual nail salon, Extra Nails just around the corner was too busy to accommodate me today, and I wanted an immediate appointment. They charge only $25, no credit card surcharge, and they do a much better job. This is one of the most honest reviews you will find.

I got my nails and my toes done today by a woman I don’t remember her name and there are big chunk missing out of both of my big toes the polish is streaky. none of my fingernails are the same length, and on a few of my fingernails the polish only goes like halfway down my nails so it looks like they already grew out.

Oh my gosh. I was really excited to get my nails done for Halloween& just to be cute. Wanted something a little dramatic like the coffin shaped nail. You see what I got right. my nail technician was Kim. She is the owner of the shop& that is why I'm being a little harder then I normally would. She quickly cut the fake tips done within seconds no care given to make sure that shapes were the same. I can't even begin to understand the amount of acrylic that was left all over my fingers& nails. The grinded away at almost all of my fingers they were sore for days afterwards& bleed. The helpful parts of my trip were she helped me in selecting the gold which she did 2 golds one with smaller flake and another with bigger as a black that was "blacker" then the one I picked which is what I wanted. I also enjoyed the conversation but that's NOT what makes me rave about a nail salon.

I will never go here again. I am out 60 dollars for crappy service. I came in for a mani pedi and was blown away by the carelessness. The person who did my nails didn't even file or cut my toe nails, didn't cut a single cuticle (instead she just touched the cuticle cutter to my nails to possibly trick me into thinking she was cutting them??), nearly burned me with their hot towels, and chose the farthest color from the color I had picked to paint my nails. The whole time she was rushing. On top of that you have to pay an extra two dollars to use debit. My nails look hacked and there's gel polish stuck to my skin.. it's just very sloppy work. I rarely ever treat myself and I am just very disappointed I had to waste my money here.

Terrible. They were rude. Kelly was trying to up-sell me on services I did not want. After I kept saying no she man handled me like she was angry that she didn’t up-sell me. She rushed my full set took 15 minutes. My fiancé got the “quicker” pedicure but it was a whole 5 minutes he was in that chair if that.. They rush rush rush and were talking about us in their language. Horrible service and outcome will never ever return.

Went there for a mani n SPA pedi felt like dinner time wasnt a good time to go even though it was empty. Felt unhappy about how quick it was for spa pedi n never once rubbed my feet. If im getting a SPA PEDICURE I expect it to be awsome n realaxing. I felt like i was rushed because it was their dinnertime. Also they charge u 2.00 to use your credit card on top of your bill. Never again! Now i remember why I stopped going there years ago. My other place i been going to was closed HAPPY NAILS, next time ill wait.
