“Dr B has been my doctor for over 15 years. Since moving to the concierge approach, I feel he has the ability to really get to know his patients. The program allows for more baseline screenings to help detect anything that may arise down the line. He’s able to spend quality time with patients, is accessible at all times, and appointments are available when needed. Also, no waiting whatsoever when you show up for your appointment! “Been coming here for years along with my family. Doctors are great and always have been. Whoever the receptionist is now though is careless and rude. Doesn’t say bye - just hangs up, seems too busy to be bothered. Told her I had the flu and asked on Wednesday if there was a virtual or phone appt and she said no. I asked for the next day and she said they had something for 10:30 Thursday which I took because I told her I had the flu and couldn’t come in. Her response was “I’m looking at the schedule” in a snippy tone for no reason. I get up after having no rest because, well, THE FLU, only to see that my appt is for FRIDAY. I called to tell them whoever scheduled was not only rude, but scheduled me for the wrong day. Whoever answered must have been the same girl unless they all have the same attitude because there was no apologetic tone. Just that she would cancel it. So I said “thank you I appreciate it” only to be met with another hang up and no goodbye. I was a receptionist in the medical field for years and I get it. But like, people are sick. People are tired. It takes nothing to be professional and kind on the phone when it’s literally your job.”
“Dr. Persily is the first doctor I've ever had who has actually made me feel like I have a relationship with my doctor. She is great to work with during preventative care, and when I need something in between annual checkups she is extremely responsive, actually listens and will continue looking for solutions until the problem is taken care of. I cannot recommend Dr. Persily enough.”

“I saw Dr Koshy here after having a rough time being able to get into my old primary care doctor. She was super nice and listened to all my concerns. She wrote multiple referrals for me and was really good with my kids that I had to bring into the appointment. The office staff was really nice and I really appreciate how Cooper makes the check in process so easy being able to do everything in advance on the MyChart app. I've moved pretty much all of my care over to Cooper at this point and I can't be happier.”

“Love the office and staff but the elder lady in the front with reading glasses & blonde hair needs help with her customer service skills. She made me stand and wait til she was done chatting with her coworker to check me in. She barely checked my info and insurance to tell me I had to call the 1 800 number in the back of my card to verify my coverage. I have insurance and it covered the visit. Not only that, she said I was a "pleasure to have in the office" once I had to do her job. It isn't hard to be kind and take care of the patient at your workplace. Please do better.”
“Personally, I think it has improved now that it is in a new location. The lady at the medical station was really helpful and kind when I asked to get a form signed. Probably just depends on certain staff but the ones I've met have been great.”

Least I not forget Kim at the front I had a bad diagnosis and left crying she came out to my car to give me a hug. Because she cares. I will never forget that and I love her for that. Eveyone is great in the office and they work hard !”
