There are not words to describe how great this practice is. Dr S and his team always took amazing care of our late dog. Every single staff member is compassionate and attentive. Jason always took each of our calls and met our needs quickly and thoroughly. The office is very clean. Thank you!

I've been going to Dr Sepulveda since the office opened and I would never go anywhere else. In addition to being a lovely human, he's also one of the most compassionate, kind, and caring vets I've ever met - he is wonderful with animals of course, but he's also so very patient with their humans as well. His staff is also incredibly gentle and capable, and the office is always very clean. I recommend Veterinary Wellness Center to anyone with a beloved animal and will continue to do so enthusiastically.

Excellent staff!! I never felt so welcomed by such an incredible team. My fur baby was sick and they saw her immediately. Such tremendous kindness and they were very gentle with my dog. I will be continuing care here! Highly recommend.

I tried to make an appointment for my cat this morning. I spoke to Jessica over the phone I never never never had someone that rude! I heard the doctors are so nice over there and people advice me to go there but if she welcomes their new patients this way I can tell you people will find an other vet. She was just horrible !!!! This Jessica was the rudest person.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with a veterinarian and the people who work with him… shout out to Jason and Joanna who were wonderful. They all treated Sassy with such compassion... Even though I showed up an hour late because I could not get Sassy in the carrier, Dr. Sepulveda gave her such a thorough examination and put my mind at ease. I have found my forever vet.?

I can't say enough great things about the Veterinary Wellness Center and Dr. Sepulveda and their amazing team! They've been caring for my beloved pets for years, and their compassion and expertise shine through every visit.From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere thanks to their efficient front desk staff. But what really makes Veterinary Wellness Center special is Dr. Sepulveda's knowledge and their genuine love for animals. They take the time to explain health concerns, answer questions, and ensure both pets and owners are comfortable.Whether it's a check-up, vaccinations, or more complex procedures, I trust Veterinary Wellness Center completely with my furry family members. While a deeply difficult thing to write about, I feel compelled to share about my experience with the amazing and compassionate team at Veterinary Wellness Center of Glen Rock. When we had to make the impossible decision to look for end of life care for our Maltese of 18years we could not have imagined the care, compassion and consideration we received here. The staff was incredibly sympathetic, gave us a warm and private setting to say our goodbyes and Dr. Sepulveda walked us through every step of the process with care and kindness so our little guy could go in peace. They even went so far as to send us a hand signed sympathy card in the mail which is a touch above and beyond. While its the most devastating loss to say goodbye to your pet this team makes it that much easier to bring peace and healing to the process. They are truly angels and we will be forever grateful.

Receptionist was very rude and our team called on 3 different occasions from a specialty referring veterinary office. It’s not what you say, but how you say it and on all occasions we called for records that were never sent (11/16/22, 11/18/22 and 11/21/22) and in return shown with extreme attitude and disrespect.
