“The manager Ken is super helpful and friendly. The location is clean and comfortable with the climate controlled interior. Great storage facility. I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

“The workers here are great, and the place is clean which is why this place even gets any stars. My main problem is that this place will jack up their prices after a few months. I’ve had to relocate to 3 different units every few months just to avoid paying higher rent. Sal did try to make it right by temporarily delaying one of their price hikes for 6 months but that wasn’t the answer I was looking for long term. After spending my whole weekend purging my small home, I reluctantly emptied my storage space today and brought everything back home. The thought of $150 a month to now $367 just didn’t sit right with me. No way am I going to support this business model. It’s not just this company, they all do it around me. Wouldn’t you rather have long term customers than try to rip people off? Sucks for them because I would have gladly given them years of rent if they had just kept the rent reasonable. Hope this helps.

“I had to move out of the northeast somewhat unexpectedly after being laid off earlier this year, and I knew at the time it would probably be more beneficial to leave most of my belongings behind instead of doing a temporary cross-country relocation just to have to move again in a few months. I've never owned my own unit before, and honestly most experiences I have heard of aren't the best, so I was apprehensive. But this Extra Space Storage really exceeded my expectations and made the initial renting, duration of the rent, and move-out so smooth. The manager, Kay, really was a huge help when I was trying to plan our move-out. She helped coordinate everything very easily, communicated when she received my key so my movers could get access, and helped them with getting access to the unit. My movers had great things to say over the phone about the cleanliness of the whole facility. I'm so happy with the experience that I'm going to get another unit at Extra Space here in Texas. Thank you so much!”

“OMG! This place has been amazing. Super courteous and friendly from Day 1. Staff has been empathetic of my needs for the space. I am moving in my brother's belongings who is in rehab. Patient while I was frazzled is an understatement. I love the close proximity and the decent rates. Oh and month to month is my kind of storage space. Amir was filling in for someone. I observed how kind and efficient he was not only with me but other patrons. The Asst Mgr is super friendly and kind as well.. oh and humorous! Personality and care goes a long way! ?”
