The staff and management at Ridgewood Auto Wash are great. They have monthly memberships which make things easy and my car is always clean as I go once or twice per week. Cost effective compared to what else is available in Bergen county and such a time saver from washing my car myself. Thank you Ridgewood Auto Wash!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the service used to be much better. I continued coming in good faith. Today I was there; paid $40 for one of their best washes which I usually do… my car was still dirty. Still sand on my seats and mats. The mats weren’t even taken out and cleaned. I nicely said something to the workers and he challenged me on the package I paid for, ran a cloth along the door and said it was good. I went inside to ask for a manager. I showed the manager, clearly upset and he told me to calm down. At that point I thanked him and told him I’d never return. It’s pretty disgusting. Small businesses rely on business from locals.. they just lost my business. The photos are AFTER they “cleaned” my car.

Ridgewood auto wash is my second favorite Place in the world after my home. I look forward to going there daily. Great customer service, very professional and Family oriented. I’ve been going here for 4 years now. My car looks brand New inside and out Thanks to them. Highly recommended.

This is a 3rd/4th gen family business. The family is always there. And they are there for a reason: to serve their customer! These folks know how to do it, and they know how to do it really really well. I recommend them to friends and family all the time. ?

Paid for the VIP package just for them to clean my car in 5 min, the dashboard not even touched at all. The back seats not touched. Very disappointing, i understand you are super busy and want to get through as many cars as possible but whats the point of paying for VIP? Also, they screwed my ACC system which will cost me $1500 to get it adjusted.

Brought my car in for a full service wash and cleaning. I was a little disappointed. The wash was great my car looked great but still had some dirt on my rims. Most of the inside of the car was cleaned and vacuumed except for the front door panels with the buttons still had dirt and dust. Also I purposely took the stuff out of my trunk and it was never vacuumed. That was what I was most dissatisfied with.

just got my car washed. i’m very disappointed. i’ve been going here for years. i got the ultimate package today. i paid for the wheels to be cleaned. there is still so much dirt in the hub caps. there are water spots every where. they sprayed inside my car and forgot to wipe sections down, leaving a spot of cleaner. still pollen near the windows. there were patches of brown stuff on my wind shield. the front grill has dust everywhere. it doesn’t even look like my car got cleaned. they didn’t clean my mats either. will never be going back here
