Horrible customer service. They never tell you anything and don't call you back when they say they will. Most of the time when I call the phone stays silent for about a minute and then the line will just disconnect. Hate having to work with this pharmacy!

The woman at the counter is so incredibly RUDE! She refused to answer questions about my medication. I would ask a question and she would respond with “I don’t know- it’s whatever your doctor said”. When what she should have done was ask the pharmacist. She finally huffed and yelled out my question to Nadia who provided an answer immediately. Was that so hard to do? If you don’t like your line of work or don’t need to work- please leave! There are people who would give anything to be employed right now, please give them the opportunity!

Terrible customer service. They need to learn how to talk to customers and not be so rude. Definitely talking to my doctor about switching pharmacies.

Meds available for over night delivery on point even during covid crazy mail backups. Pharmacist answered a late night call of mine, helped me navigate my worries.... those two things I would give them 10 stars if I could. Perfect service every time so far :)!

worst customer service. My doctor called in a prescription I needed at 1230 Saturday. I called in to make sure it will be ready, I paid on the phone as my husband was rushing to get there before they close at 1pm. A lady calls me yelling is your husband on his way? We gave him the address! (lie) If he is not here in 2 minutes there is a $50 after hour pick up fee. LOLOL Ruthless liar. no way to talk to anyone. maybe her name is Karen? if not it should be.

If your doctor calls in a prescription. Make sure you call this pharmacy immediately to confirm they have your meds because they will not call you back to inform you that they don't have it. Also, when you go to pick up your meds, call the pharmacy and tell them you are on your way to pick up your medications and please have them ready because you refuse to wait.

I grew up in GR, that pharmacy had been filling my family's medicine needs for over 40 yrs. until Tuesday i was told to find another pharmacy! The pharmacy had my pain medicine prescriptions emailed on 10/8 but told me on 10/11 to move on to another pharmacy. Its to difficult for them to order them. If anyone understands about opiates when you don't have them you get sick, when you don't have both prescriptions you are in a lot of pain. I just think they could of told me last month to find another place to shop. Now its been 6 (six) days of no medicine & they could care less about my situation. So don't think they are a caring group or place, they are not. They just want your money for what they want to sell. Then its all good. If you can't get pregnant they will help you but if pregnancy isn't your problem GOOD LUCK. OH AND STAND BEHIND THE PLASTIC CHAIN-NO CROWDING THE EMPTY COUNTER. THEY SUCK!

THE WORST!!! The SLOWEST GOD DAMN PEOPLE AROUND!! You call in morning for a prescription show up in afternoon..... oh it's not ready give us 5 minutes. 25 minutes later...: it's still not ready. I HATE THIS PLACE

Why can't they pick up their phone? After hearing a ridiculously long menu, I was further sent to another menu. When I hit the appropriate number, it sent me back to the original menu. After going through the entire process once more, it finally rang and rang but no one picked up. Last time I'll ever try them. Rock Ridge or CVS!

I have to add I very rarely write reviews but this entire experience was so seamless I had to write about it. Yesterday I had to give myself a mail order RX that accidentally broke on application and since it had to be administered within a certain time I was desperate to find a pharmacy that carried it. After trying all the big names I called Glen Rock and Nadia the Pharmacist was so kind that she spoke to me on her way into work and had my RX ready 15 minutes before official opening time. After making sure I had gotten what I needed she worked with my insurance to ensure I was not charged full price out of pocket. Within 1 hour of my call to the pharmacy I walked out with my product. Thank you Nadia and the entire GR Pharmacy. You turned my entire day around!
