I’m a young women every time I come in to CVs glenrock a big sized older women who i assume is the manager profiles me and makes comments. I come in here and if she’s here she’ll follow me around. I come to CVs almost every other day every single time I’ve paid for my stuff the utter disrespect. Today as she leaves in front of my face as I walk in she’ says to another manager “watch her.” It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maybe she needs to stop stuffing her face with chips and do her job instead of harassing PAYING costumers. Disgusting treatment.

Negligent pharmacist. I have NEVER encountered such horrific treatment. She needs to rethink her career choices and learn some human decency. Incapable of doing her job.

We should sue this place for negligence abuse including prejudice for mistreating my caretaker who is my friend. This is one of the absolutely worst places in the history of rubbish cvs store quality that blond middle aged "Julie" always double charges my and dear friend on a tight income. Some chick at the pharmacy who is a technician repeatedly mucked up my prescriptions by putting in more than a month of monthly supply with refills instead pf one monthly supplyIf that isnt enough that manager Sharon is terrible and in the pharmacy previously they gave the wrong medicine and when I had a very severe flu and athma attacks frequently they put me on hold I just needed a refill two hours on hold ended going to thr hospital later because of not having my meds. Deplorable inhuman treatment of anyone.

My prescriptions were called in by my doctor at around 9:30 in the morning and as of 230 this afternoon I still do not have them. I still do not have a notification that they are ready. Why on earth are these people taking a lunch break at the same time? I know that Cvs policy but it’s ridiculous. There’s no reason in the world why everyone needs to go to lunch at the same time completely insane.

The manager was not friendly. I still can’t comprehend that a great company could have people like her. I feel bad for the people that work for her. If this CVS closes I wouldn’t be surprise. Hopefully, someone fires her soon but now I will go to other CVS. Where they are helpful? Especially give Great Customer Service! I wish the Best for the ones that left because I personally wouldn’t want to work with her either. Those poor kids having to put up with her.

The Manger does not do anything and the end of the day she takes all the credit. She always goes on vacation and abused the great work of her supervisor. She not professional and she very rude. She probably slept with her boss.

Well as I understand it CVS is having an issue with kids in Glen Rock! But you need to read your audience better, now I understand there are some problem kids but I will tell you not all the tweens or in this case teenagers are problems and actually just want to shop! Not sure why the staff is screaming/yelling/raising your voices and disrespecting 16 yo girls that were trying to shop. It is unnecessary, I will find out the CVS woman's name that was working at the store and file a complaint with the corporate office. The staff needs to be trained properly and if you cannot handle the children then the store should hire GPD off duty police during the week after school to properly control their problems.
