Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. “Very pleased with my 2nd experience purchasing from Scott at Oberg & Lindquist. I have previously purchased appliances for my past 2 residences from Home Depot. About a year ago, I needed to replace an LG microwave w/vent system. Scott matched my best price, his service installers were exceptional, and they accommodated me when I found a defect in the appliance by promptly replacing it w/a new unit. I just purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Scott and it was delivered sooner than expected. Again, the service installers were prompt, efficient, and professional, unlike my experience w/the big box stores. Their plumber arrived shortly after my appliance was delivered and installed, and I was honestly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the entire experience. Scott recommended this KitchenAid model, and although I was "just looking" on the day I walked into his store, he did not pressure me in the least to complete my purchase. He was straightforward and I believe he gave me an excellent recommendation. I am thoroughly satisfied with my new dishwasher and will continue to purchase appliances from this company and, specifically, from Scott.”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”

“Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to.
