“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! Thank you so much again!”

“I can't say enough about this pharmacy and the owner Manny. He is a wonderful person and always ready to help anyone. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers. My medications are filled immediately for my children and I, and he offers delivery service, which is convenient. He is truly a genuine pharmacist who cares about his customers and not just the money. This is my favorite pharmacy hands down and he has everything you need just like a Walgreens or CVS but minus the long wait. “I was disappointed that my pharmacy of over 30 years was closing. Bluejay pharmacy moved into the location I was very happy to see that some of the staff continued working with the new owner / pharmacist. The Owner, as well as the other pharmacists, & staff that work at this location are very knowledgeable and very caring. Linda was with the other pharmacy & I am happy she is still there. She is a caring & loving person & I always look foward to seeing her!!! They take the time to talk with you and discuss anything that you need. If they are super busy, they will even call you, if you can't wait! They go above and beyond and will even contact your doctor's office if a prescription has not been sent over. I would definitely recommend this family owned and operated pharmacy. I am very pleased with their Customer service, friendly, mom & pop feel! They are top notch. If you are looking for a family business to support definitely check this pharmacy out. If they don't have something they will even try to order it for you! “Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. When purchasing over the counter medications they provide knowledgeable suggestions and only recommend buying what is really needed to spend optimally. If nothing is needed or you already have what is needed at home they will let you know, though of course it is your choice to still buy something. For prescription medications they charge very honestly. A local chain pharmacy tried to charge me 170 dollars for a medication that they only charged a fraction of the cost for. When I told them about my experience they were very kind and generous. I would trust these folks with my life. Definitely would continue being a regular here.”
