Very rude staff on 2nd floor... acts like doing favor to patients.

The staff there and my doctor Bart DeGregorio are great. Carol and the techs are great. They are compassionate and caring and besides my doctor keeping an eye on me for 25 yrs now, the staff FOLLOWS UP with you for my annual testing results and such. I love this practice and the staff! In my "heart" I know they mean well and take good care of the patient!

So, they give me an appointment for 10 am, showed up on time, then waited 30 minutes before someone came over asking me to sign the authorization. 11:15, they're finally ready. A complete waste of time.
