“I cant speak for anyone else, I have been with them for almost 7 years, ,, Since leaving the Mega Banks and my family has been with them for almost 30 plus years with few few it at all complaints.. Not like I have delt with the Larger Banks,,, The Big 4,,, BOA,,, Wells,, Chase and Citi... Citi I didnt have alot of issues with but them. They're used to be a branch right up the street a few years back then I started to notice they was getting rid of all or most there branches. I didn't feel the need to travel any further so I closed my accounts with Citi. Especially when there was a PNC right up the street and that's where my relationship started with PNC I really glad I did..... There Virtual Wallet Performance Select acct I am speaking of because thats what I have. The acct is flawless works well.... I have seen more alerts with this bank inside the Website than any other Bank..... They have alot and I mean alot of categories for alerts.... Free Cashiers Checks,,, Mobile Wallet,, Finally being able to do Wire transfer within the app... instant issue debit card ? at branchs like TD Bank has.... Past 2 Weeks PNC also partnered up with the Allpoint Network,,, so you can now use 60,000+ atms surcharge fee free without a charge meaning its free Also PNC also gives you 20 extra reimbursement outside of allpoint. 60,000+ Atms free something you wont never find or get with the Big 4,,, only prob if you have there highest tier Checking accounts with 200,000 or private banking which is crazy. I have nothing but good things to say about them.. I am glad I followed my mind and went with them years ago.PNC is definaltely a Main Street Bank.FYI,, as a homeowner alot of Banks have pulled bank from HELOC's But PNC has not,,,and they other the product.Very Pleasant people at this location... “Ashikome Gamra, the branch manager of this location went above and beyond for the Newark Water Coalition. She squeeze us in last minute to help us set up our account. It took over an hr and a half to get it done. The branch had already closed and Ashikome was still helping us. As an Executive Director of a non profit and former retail manager I understand what customer service means and I am eternally grateful for such patience and dedication to helping the Newark Water Coalition. “ONLY bank in Paterson that has a teller machine which you can park your car right next to and get your money. Of course, it's no parking but if you see a cop, just run back to your car and drive away and they won't ticket you. Great bank. Tellers are nice and pretty. The bank account workers in the cubicles are nice too.”

“I have noticed a lot of negative reviews about this particular bank, but I must say that after my recent visit, I am not sure why people have given such negative feedback. The security personnel were polite and courteous, the bank teller provided a good service and the banker who assisted me, Michele Boyd, was exceptional in solving my problem. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Therefore, if anyone faces any issues with anyone else at the bank, I would highly recommend asking for her assistance.”
