Well worth the 15 minute ride, my husband and I went for our 3rd Covid boosters...no wait with friendly, helpful staff. We were so satisfied that our son went for this 2nd booster, 3 weeks later. Plan on getting our flu shots here in the next few weeks. HIGHLY recommend Glen Ridge Pharmacy!

This pharmacy is great. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my parents medications.

I went to 5 different local pharmacies and these guys were the only ones kind enough to help me and fill my husbands prescriptions. Thank you so much!

Recently had my parents and my aunt's scripts transferred from CVS to Glen Ridge Pharmacy. They are the best. Sky and Chris are always so helpful and patient. Thank you, we made the right choice!!

They charge a $25 concierge fee for Covid test that you are not informed of until your appt. I had a challenging time obtaining my results! The 3rd party lab phone number documented on the printer in the pharmacy was incorrect( hopefully corrected by now). I gave 2 stars because the pharmacy staff that administered the test was knowledgeable and friendly.

DO NOT GET A PCR COVID TEST HERE! IT IS A SCAM! They charge a 25 dollar concierge fee and you never get your results!

Went here for Covid test. Waited almost 2 hours to be informed there was a fee for a standard pcr test. I was told this was a store fee and after waiting for so long I unhappily paid the fee. I was told 3-5 days for results. 8 days later and still waiting. Unable to reach a live person at the store. Sent an email with no response. This fee should be disclosed when booking an appointment. $25 for waiting 2 hours for nothing. Very disappointed!!!!! Very shady business practice.

The pharmacy is a little small, but they have managed the logistics of offering shots and tests while running a pharmacy pretty well. The gentleman who checked us in and administered the COVID tests was very pleasant while also being thorough, professional, patient and very helpful.

Very bad experience with this pharmacy for the following:1- Not sure how NJ State can approve such a pharmacy for COVID Vaccines. Literally the process to check in and get the shot is so risky in a very small location among wine bottles.2- I made sure to make an appointment and show up there on time, but my turn was pushed for 45 minutes as they were letting go the people with no appointments ahead of me.3- Didn't feel safe having the people in the other line waiting for the PCR test. Once again, the pharmacy (and wine store) is very small to handle all the people waiting for vaccine and PCR tests.... they are putting people at risk for getting the virus in case any of the people test positive for COVID.4- THE most important, when I notified the person in charge about the timing issue and that they are letting the people with no appointments to go thru ahead of me, he was super mad and he was very aggressive... I had to take my ID and card and leave without the shot after waiting for over 45 minutes.I definitely won't recommend this pharmacy, not even for buying an advil based on the way they treat people. I hope they get audited.

Worst experience ever! I had my covid vaccine done here and they never uploaded my information to the NJ Dept of Health. I've been trying to get someone to assist, but they're chaotic and understaffed. They also hung up on me 3 times because I insisted on understanding what my vaccine status was not uploaded. My vaccine status is technically invalid since it can't be verified. They're horrible

It was fairly chaotic as I expected. I felt terrible for the staff. Obviously overwhelmed due to Covid and reduced capacity/staff. I waited a bit longer than I expected but the gentleman overseeing the testing was patient and very nice. If PCR tests are needed again (I hope not), I would return.

Had a 3pm appt. for a covid shot. I get there and it's a zoo. 30 people cramped in that rat hole of a facility. Some of the with an appointment over an hour earlier with no sign there turn is coming. Pharmacists (or, rather, people in white smocks behind the counter) who couldn't care less. I left. Steer clear.

Poor communication. Rude. Disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment the day before for an appointment the following day, early afternoon. I walked miles to get to my appointment. When I got there the doctor said the vaccine was first come first serve even though I had scheduled an appointment to avoid being turned away. If they ran out of the vaccine, why didn’t they call me or send a message saying so. I wasted time going there. They have terrible communication with their customers/patients. When I asked if they could tell me what places offer the vaccine, they had no answers and just stared at me. One of the doctors mocked me and said I should have gotten the vaccine sooner instead of waiting all this time as if I was to blame for showing up for my scheduled appointment, while they offered me no services. I did what I had to do on my end, scheduled an appointment, and they did nothing but disrespect me when I showed up. He was very rude, I don’t remember his name. He wore a lab coat, glasses, dark hair.

Despicable. I've never been to this pharmacy and went for the first time because I needed a Covid test. I was told that the rapid test was $45 and the PCR test was only available if I had insurance - I clearly restated it to make sure I understood. I agreed because I didn't know better and it was urgent. Only after taking the test was I told that the other test was more thorough. I thought it odd that the other test was not available to me allegedly because I didn't have insurance. I wasn't happy and decided to take the PCR test at Level Up in Bloomfield, where there is no charge for either test and it is conducted in a more sanitary, controlled and professional environment - I told them what happened and they said they should not be charging as it comes from the same government program. I also see that Walgreens doesn't charge. I'm going to research reporting them. I'm sure there are more conducting business in the same manner. It's pretty sad that a local mom and pop pharmacy can't be trusted.

It was crazzyyyy busy when I came with my nieces for vaccines yet pharmacist Sky took his time to explain the info on Pfizer vaccine and has really gentle hand. My nieces didn’t feel a thing. We were done quickly as he promised. Thank you Sky for a painless experience!
