Dr. Roerig is really nice and seems to care about animals BUT I took my took to him with scabs all over her and he told me it was a food allergy. When I also explained she was drinking a lot of water, he told me she wasn't even though he never saw her drink.
I took her to another vet who tested her, diagnosed her with a very deep skin infection and gave her meds. My girl is back to her normal self now.

I was there last Monday
Doctor is so nice to the dogs, he actually care for them
I can’t say the same about the rest of the personal.
On my last visit previous to this one I had ask how much it was going to cost the next visit , they said between 80/90$
They charged me near 150$ just because the doctor stayed a little longer offering me neuter my other 3 dogs that go to the same clinic …
I just feel like the receptionist was giving me actitud when I asked her why am I being charged more than I was told last time
She said cuz it was a longer visit !
5 minutes extra …. 50/60 $ more ???!!!
I’m actually thinking about taking all my dogs to another doctor where the doctor is in charge and not the receptionist or nurses !

First time there, very good experience! Very friendly and informative staff!

Place needs to be shut down. From supplying me with incorrect syringes that resulted in incorrect dosing of insulin to unnoticed blood loss after surgery to neuter my male kitten. He had to be remitted and no apology or reason given. Incompetent, cold, rude, non communicative, and too many basic errors. if you love your pet; go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I don’t think Dr. Roerig is doing as much care as he used to. The last two times I went in and had a woman vet take care of my dog, she was very short and not all that friendly. Coincidentally, the receptionist was also not very friendly at the time. The assistants they have are second to none though. But I can’t bring my pet there anymore.

Doctor and staff are amazing and have been helpful since day one when we found a stray kitten and without taking our name lent us a carrier. He's conservative with medicine (in the best way--willing to treat/test when necessary, show us how to perform tests/record/etc so we get control groups and can recognize patterns) and not gimmicks, which I appreciate from the old school horse world stuff (one of our cats needed an ultrasound specialist and although inconclusive he personally called to say we'd be welcome for a 2nd opinion/no hurt feelings--we decided to wait it out because same lab and it healed itself so he described a lot about animal physiology). He also figured out one of our cats had a major digestive issue and has gladly taught me how to check eyes and teeth and what to look out for. One of our cats is very afraid and he's great with him, and the other cat now is so used to the vet, she gets silly and rolls around a little so he can play with her a few seconds first. The staff is familiar with ours as well and is so compassionate and to the point, and on the phone when we haven't been able to come in, they've helped me identify whether things are emergency or not, how long to wait, etc. I also couldn't believe this but as we only have one car, they invited us to bring in our cats early for a drop off and sometimes late pick up when transport is an issue. Maybe that's a small issue to some people, but for low income, that's life changing, and the team has been completely honest with us about what treatments are necessary and what won't make much difference at all realistically and teaching me how to do things on my own/what to recognize so I can do minor things myself. That's kindness. So people are aware, there is often a long wait due to it being a small practice and some emergencies so bring a book, seriously. Great way to get reading done!

Cute and functional but understaffed. They don't have enough Vets to take any new patients or deal with emergencies.

Dr. Roerig is the best vet. No one could match the care given my dog and me. Many thank you for your service. Love from Snowflake.

Wasn't even a patient here and they took our family bunny in same day I called. I believe the fast action of this team saved her life. She is 100% now and I'm forever grateful for this team for making room to see her on a clearly busy busy day.Thank you so much

10/10 the best place to go for pets all shapes and sizes. My leopard gecko Kevin would be dead if it wasn't for Dr.Roerig and his team. They went above and beyond to care for him. Kevins eye was so infected we thought he would lose it or die but with Glen Manors help Kevin is now a lively happy gecko with both eyes.
