I had an "Above and Beyond" experience with my repair on my 2018 RAM 2500. They repaired the driver's side door and replaced the driver's side mirror. When I picked up my truck, the repaired door and mirror looked great, but what was above and beyond was the whole truck was detailed to look like NEW, including the tires and rims. Everything sparkled! I was blown away with the quality of service. I walked back in the office after seeing my brand new looking truck, and Al asked if there was something wrong with the repair, and I said no, I just wanted to thank him and his staff for a great job, kudos to all! It was my third time using them for insurance repairs, and they never disappoint, and they stand by their work.

I took my car in for repairs and what an amazing job they did! The manager was so kind and professional. I had a rental car and he called to see if they would pick it up for me. They agreed which saved me time. My car was also detailed and looked amazing. Thank you all for a great job! This is the place you want to go!!!!!

Al and his team did a terrific job with my Audi after I was rear ended. They handled everything with the insurance company. Made it as easy for me as possible. The job they did repairing the damage was top notch. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Thank you Bridgewater Collision!

Highly recommend. I had an issue with my trunk and the dealership wouldn't fix it - they really let me down. I called Bridgewater Collision Repair and they had me come right over. Poor craftsmanship and cheap materials, clear coat peeling several years after repair, and is severly peeled now. Find a shop that offers lifetime guarantee on their paint/bodywork.

Excellent experience here both times we've had our vehicle there. This time, we dropped our car there on Monday and the shop manager Al Bartocci knew that we were leaving for vacation on Thursday. Keeping that in mind, he gave us his word that he'd do his best to get the work done as soon as he could. When we drove by the shop on Tuesday, the work had already been done and very professionally at that! We were able to pick our car back up on Wednesday. This facility is excellent - Al and his team are very professional, friendly and thorough. The repair done on our vehicle is immaculate. Keep up the good work! My friends brother hit my car and I went through his insurance company for repairs. I dropped my car off for repairs in around the end august. it is now the end of september and i haven't received my car back. every time me, my mom, or dad call the man says on date and when we call to pick it up from him on that date the car is no longer ready or he needs more time. i'm not sure if he's overwhelmed by the amount of cars he may or may not have but he is incredibly unprofessional, he never calls you (you always have to call him and most of the time he never answers). i've had to go through the insurance company to get him to give me any type of answers. if i could give him 0 stars i absolutely would. would not recommend him in the slightest.

This place is great. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are so accommodating and go over and above to please their customers. When I got my car back it looked like a new car. They cleaned it, inside and out, and it looked awesome! They did the same for my daughter when she took her car there last year. They also have everything done in a timely manner. If you need work on your car this is the number one spot to go. Thanks!!!!!
