I recently had Rob wet sand, buff, & polish my 1990 SS/454 Chevy P/U truck. I had an inexpensive paint job done on the truck & it was decent but with lots of orange peel it lacked the Wow factor. Now my reflection is crystal clear & the truck looks as though I had spent big bucks to have it painted. Now I am happy & glad I found Rob who did an amazing job at an affordable price.

This guy has been jerking us around for weeks, claiming he didn't get my messages, claiming he said a different day than what he said, ignoring a lot of my messages, etc. We've already come to his shop 4 separate times (a 45 minute drive each way). Then we come to his shop today and wanted us to leave the keys to our car there and not wait at the shop for it to be done. This guy is highly unprofessional and very shady. We're going elsewhere, as we're tired of being treated like garbage and we don't recommend doing business with this guy.

We've been trying to get a vehicle scheduled for some minor paint repair for weeks now. It's been nonstop getting the run around about when we can drop it off. Drove 40 minutes to an empty shop to get turned away. Was willing to reschedule since the original quote was good. Now I'm being told that he may not get to the car until late afternoon etc. At this point we decided to move on with someone else. Very strange and borderline shady business practices at this place. Mind you it is not easy to schedule times to get car service done and I've already wasted my time more than once.

Rob and team did an amazing job tinting my Subaru Impreza. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Tints were done in a timely manner and look great. Highly recommend Appearance Plus.

I bought a used Audi with heavy tint on all the windows. I needed the front two windows re-tinted so it was not so dark. Rob got it taken care of. Quick service. Great price and the finish is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.
I would definitely recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for window tint. Full detailing and he even does powder coating.

I just picked up the car today. Good news, the car looks great. The bad news is the pricing. When I brought the car in, he told me it would cost, $500.00. I thought that was steep but I have a Ford Expedition Max, big car so I agreed. When he called me to pick up the car, he said the price should be $750.00 but he's going to give me a break at $650.00 (What a break! Only $150 over what he quoted me). As far as I'm concerned, that's bad business practice! Not only that, he charge taxes bringing the bill up to $793.00. So beware of the BAIT & SWITCH. It's coming. My plan was to have it done once a year. For me, it's one and done. Time to find somebody else!Service: Auto detailing
