The gate wouldn’t go up after 15 minutes (not hyperbole). Numerous horn soundings did not get anyone’s attention. I was trapped in my car. Finally the gate opens, zero explanation. NEVER GO HERE

I have been going there for 3 years. When I first started getting my truck washed it was awesome. They cleaned every nook and cranny. It WAS almost like a mini detail. I didnt mind paying the extra for what was done. Recently I'd have to say the level of service has gone down. I went to a similar car wash in Somers Point NJ. It was less expensive. I'd have to say that it was cleaned the way Waterline use to service my vehicle. Hopefully things can turn around. I'd hate to go somewhere else!

Went to get truck washed today June 16th, spent 29.00 on job the attendant told us we were done,so we walked to the truck......it was still very dirty, mind you it is ceramic coated so cleans easy.......asked for the manager and he prceeded to get very ignorant with my wife and I had to step in to tell him he wasnt to speak to her like that......very disappointed in the job and the management for rotten attitude and awful job.........will never go back and will make sure to never recommend......

Great car wash experience. Quick and easy. I have a recurring membership was a good value to quickly get in and out with an exterior car wash.
My only complaint is I’d love the ability to add interior to my wash, even at an up charge. Why? Because their interior cleaning is immaculate the team they have over their really get down and dirty to get all the hard to clean parts. I drive sometimes 30-40 twice a week minutes just for them to clean my car and truck because it’s that good.
The price is worth every penny. And they pay attention to details.

I have material seats they did not clean it well my seatbelts was filthy. My visor was dirty. I still had dirt on my ceiling from the children not worth $325. It was worth $200 job. My back truck was dirty look like they just wiped it was sponge .

I am very disappointed that the service has gone down. I have been coming here for years and won’t be coming back. I spent $37 for a car wash that was not worth it.
Before they would prewash your car with a hose which they do not do anymore. The car wash itself has also changed. Most of the bristles did not even touch my car and the ones that did barely did enough.
But the worst of all was my interior. Not only was there still a ton of dust left but to leave my backseat full of dog hair is unacceptable. I only noticed until hours later as I didn’t think I would have to inspect my car. Very sad to see the workers aren’t as efficient.

Poor customer service and management. I have been coming for years and like how the clean my car and interior. I will not be returning after my experience today. Faulty sensor charged me as a sedan ( I did not know) I paid for my service and waited in line for 15 minutes. When I got to the attendant I was told I had to pay extra. Upsetting they would not honor their mistake and faulty equipment. I was told it happens often. Well then fix the faulty equipment and honor your mistakes for inconveniencing a good customer who comes often and tips the worker. I am always courteous. I told the owner I was not coming back and neither would my family and friends. I was told I was “trying to tear down a black business and I will survive without you coming back”. Such a shame.

This carwash used to be the best around. Lately they have stopped pre-washing the cars and it seems that all cars go through with the same wash regardless of what you paid for. I can’t confirm that, but there is nothing done in the box when I have gone through the last two times, and there’s no lights indicating the wax was being applied. I used to take three cars there a week. I won’t be going back.
