These guys are awesome, very please with the service from the Store Manager Lee. My old iPhone 8 had many issues when transferring the information to the iPhone 15 pro, after countless attempts, days, and assistance they were able to get the job completed. Thanks again.

Love Love Love this store! I bought my phone months ago, but still need technological help once in a while. Tyler and all of the guys at this store always help me without making me wait. They didn't push to sell me a new phone or laugh when the battery of a brand-new phone died while I was on vacation in Cape May. Hello, I'm a real estate agent I'm always at work AND NEED CONTINUOUS Communication with my clients. The service is impeccable. I do not cut corners to save money. So, when I spend it, I expect the best. This store ALWAYS DELIVERS! Thank you. You have my undying loyalty!

On Sunday, October 2nd, I went in because I was unable to make or receive any calls and my iPhone was unable to connect to the server. Since the new ESIM have become available, the employee who opened the store that day informed me that there wasn't much he could do and that it was a glitch. He told me there was nothing else he could do and that if I reset my phone it should work. When I got home, I reset my phone, but nothing changed. I had to wait until I arrived at work the next day before calling Verizon on my office phone, but thankfully, someone assisted me in setting up the ESIM. He also stated that resetting the phone was not the best course of action. Please keep in mind that although the opening employee at this store was working alone, there were no other customers in the store.
