So nice! They always go out of their way to help and the place is clean with handmade art. The one worker, Johnny, always is friendly and helpful. Best post office in the area.

My mail and packages constantly reeks of smoke, and it permeates the house when I bring it in. Also, often times (and again as of now) I am messaged/emailed saying we refused deliveries of packages, when no attempt was made. Even if I am not there to accept, I have cameras that show no effort was made. Also, when they do make the efforts, they walk up and toss it on my front step, and walk away.
Frustrating to have packages disappear, or be returned to sender when I can watch the truck pull up, pull away, and then receive notification of refusal. While I've never had an issue with the actual post office, I am disappointed in carrier services.

I would not recommend this office for passport help. They lack both knowledge of what forms to use for which situation. 1) was told to use a renewal form for a damaged passport which is not allowed and even says so on the renewal form, 2) was told that I was required to have a birth certificate to submit with the proper form to replace my damaged passport - this was not the case according to the different passport center I went to…since I had my existing passport and it was active, this was not required, 3) was berated by the postal worker about how I didn’t read the instructions when I pointed out HER error in giving me the wrong form to fill out. Was just nasty in her tone the whole time while not understanding the proper process. I would recommend the Sewell, NJ post office as an alternative. Friendly and knowledgeable. Super easy ✌️

Fire the post master he’s a horrible person!!! The police department are just as bad and corrupt!! Mr lions is a ticking time bomb and is a liability for that town and is gonna cost the town and taxpayers ALOT OF MONEY one day!! Fire ALL THEM before this happens.
